  1. I have been using TP for 4 years and with the latest updates it seems like outdoor workouts no longer can be seen on a map when using the app on a computer. I can still see them on my iPhone. Why is that? Is it a setting/knowledge thing on my side or a deliberate feature?

  2. New strength builder is a good step in right direction. However, basically every gym app has section for history/analytics where a user can easily check progression and different kind of graphs. We need that too.

    Also, it is a very easy task to look a few popular gym apps like Strong and see how history/analytics has been done. And what other features they have... ;)

  3. With TP's new strength builder, strength no longer contributes to the fitness summary chart in the dashboard or to hours on the ATP. I'd love to see this feature adjusted to reflect the work athletes put in.

  4. This problem is prompted after the file is uploaded. When uploading again, it prompts that it has been uploaded, but the file cannot be found.

  6. I have lost 3-4 workout notes because I accidentally hit the back button (mobile) or the ESC key (web). The workout has closed, discarding what I've written without giving me a warning. I've started writing my workout notes in the Notes app on my phone / notepad on my computer and copying them into Training Peaks so I don't lose them accidentally.

    Suggested fix: add a "you have unsaved changes" warning so I don't accidentally lose my workout notes.

  7. In event imports form gpx with larger routes it s difficult (for me) to associate the virtual route with the real route.
    So the solution could be to add markers visible in tpv via the type (type), comment (cmt) or description (desc) tag of gpx nodes.
    Virtual crossroads to enhance the minimap or text notifications could be also helpful.

    I thing this is much easier to implement than a full world building map editor.

  8. The mobile app will force logout on a schedule that cannot be altered by the user. This creates repeating cases where the athlete attempts to open the app and is forced to login again. This is onerous when it occurs during an activity when the athlete is looking at the app for details of the workout.

    Add a setting to control the duration of the automatic logout on the mobile app. Include an option to disable the automatic logout entirely.

  9. Dear TP,
    its getting more and more common in professional athletes that, athletes are forced by national federations or teams to share their TP account.
    In a certain way its OK, to show by this way that work is done for a payed job and support.
    Today there are no international rules about the data security of athletes on online platforms - and if you share the TP account with somebody - you have control on the one hand who you share with, but you dont have control if the shared person downloads your datas with and uses them in…

  10. I would like to be able to sort my peak paces by time, as well as distance. For instance, Joe Friel uses a 20 minutes time trial to set pace and heart rate zones, it would be good to filter that to see my other peak 20 minutes efforts.

  11. Add the option to write in a comment during a workout. Within the lift function id like to be able to annotate specifics about what I did, such as altering the exercise. You can add comments before and after the workout but I want to add info for the specific exercise I’m doing at the time.

  12. Need a workaround that would allow you to automatically convert all of your structured sessions and apply your custom zone mappings at scale.
     
    While you can change the target type (pace, HR, power) for individual steps within a workout this action does not intelligently translate the intensity based on a coach's specific zone settings. For example pace does not equat to power zone etc.

  13. the 'overall fitness' graph on mobile is not rendering. The other graphs (e.g. completed duration) work fine, but the overall fitness time graph just shows an empty box. Would be great if we can fix this.

  14. Some things you can click outside of the secondary window and it goes away back to the calendar, like the workout analysis and the details but some don't, like the new ST workout and the advanced metrics. Clicking outside of the detail does nothing.

    And please remove the buggy new ST hovering menu. Most times you just pass the cursor in the calendar ST session and it opens a context that doesn't go away even if you roll the calendar up or down and we have to go back to that specific day to put the cursor in the workout…

  15. It would be nice to have a more advanced way of tracking gear, not the very simplistic bikes and shoes section
    For example, I would like to be able to add different components (chains, cassetes, tyres, forks, shocks, etc) and keep track of their wear
    Also, very important (Garmin also doesnt offer this) - the option to see total time for a specific component (very useful for service intervals for forks and shocks, also useful for users who wax their chains - i personally keep track of riding time for a waxed chain, so i know when it is time…

  16. I just started using the newly built Strength option, and I have a few things which do bother me. Firstly, in the option where I can input my weights for a specific exercise, I cannot use decimal points, so there is no way for me to input for example 17.5kg, I tried it with pounds too, but there it is forbidden too. Secondly, If I start the Strength training in the application it starts the timer and when I end it it end, and at the end I get the time of my workout, this would be a good option…

  17. As a coach I rely on emails to alert me on athlete activities and comments. Ideally comments could be placed at the top of the email, below the header, and with space optimized before "your athlete.., updates". In doing so, I would save time scrolling down on every single email update received.
