Add Elevation Gain and Elevation Loss to Workout Summary CSV Export
Elevation Gain and Elevation Loss are not currently included in the items exported with the Workout Summary CSV Export feature. These are fundamental indicators of a completed workouts difficulty and would be very helpful to have included.

Self coached athletes can create plans for themselves
Today its possible for self coached athletes to create custom workouts and schedule them per drag and drop in the calendar.
It would be nice, if self coached athletes can create their own custom plans (e.g. 4week base and so on) and safe them in a folder for annual planning.
This feature will not replace real coaches, just make it easier for those who don't want a coach at all.188 votes -
ramp rate needs units specified
I like the "Ramp Rate (RR)" metrics on the dashboard but not sure the data is as helpful (unambiguous) as it could be. The ramp rate is quoted in CTL per number of days. But the RR, as discussed in Joe F's Blog (linked on the home page), gives targets in CTL/week, which is a number that is more meaningful. Could your metrics be displayed in CTL/week to make it easier to understand/use? A bare number without the units specified is ambiguous.

Add show_avg attribute to exported Zwift workouts
When you export a structured workout to Zwift, by default Zwift does not show the average power for the current interval or lap, just the instantaneous (1 second power).
This makes it hard to really hit your target on longer intervals and is easily solved by instructing Zwift to show the average power for the current lap by adding the show_avg="1" attribute to the <SteadyState> block in the exported .ZWO file.
Here's some documentation on the feature: https://github.com/h4l/zwift-workout-file-reference/blob/master/zwift_workout_file_tag_reference.md#attribute-show_avg
And here's what it looks like in Zwift:

Sync with Oura Ring and Hyperice Apps.
A sync with Oura Ring can help TP’s take into consideration sleep time and quality, HRV, Resting heart rate and recovery status. A sync with Hyperice can help TP’s take into consideration recovery modalities used by the user and adjust the fatigue and stress scores accordingly. Both can help to avoid overtraining and or give overtraining alert suggestions based on data pulled from Oura and Hyperice.

Pre set pace parameters for multi sport activity
Hi, please could you consider allowing pre-selected pace parameters to be set for multi-sport workouts? Eg: it would be a great option to be able to set the different pace parameters (HR, FTP, ThRP, THR) in a single sports activity like multi-sport for both the run and cycle leg when doing triathlons.
That way we can use the pre-setup multi-sport activity with the pace parameters during the triathlon. This means we don't have to try and remember what pace we need to run/cycle, which can easily be miscalculated or missrecalled when doing the event itself. Thanks

Add the ability to compare workouts side by side
It would be nice to compare all parameters side by side for similar workouts. For example, being able to compare 2-4 RT1 workouts from training plan. Or being able to compare multiple runs on a trail, etc.

Unavaibility view
Why not just have the same view as in the mobile app where all the days in the range are marked? Instead of the first day of the period and the athlete's first day of the week.

Workout Builder: add the possibility to input target stroke range for Swim and Rower Workouts
You can define a target cadence for bike workouts in the workout builder. It should be possible to use the same field for target stroke range for Swim and Rower workouts and it could be exported also in the same field as the target cadence in the zwo-format. The number of strokes is the most important control figure for these type of workouts.

Select channels for default "Analyze" View
When reviewing the results from a structured workout (e.g. Bike, using Pwr), the analysis view defaults to only the metric for the structured workout. I would like to be able to set the default channels (e.g. Pwr, HR, Cadence) that then displays those metrics for the workout whenever I select the "Analyze" button

Change "Availability" to include time available. "Unavailable" should not be the only option.
If someone is busy on a certain day, it could be great if the coach or athlete could add "30m" or "1h" or "2h" availability to train, rather than simply blocking off a day as "unavailable" to train. Maybe a cyclist can usually do a 4-5h ride on the weekend, but on a particular week they can only fit in "2h" and it would be great to be able to mark this.

Allow for assistant coaches to view plans without having to apply the plan to a trainee's calendar.
Currently, assistant coaches, even when a plan library has been shared with them, must apply a plan to a trainee's calendar to view the plan itself. It would be wonderful for an assistant coach to be able to view the plan without having to apply it anywhere - adding something like a preview button would be helpful. Thank you!

Elevation Gain per Distance (Activity Metric and Weekly Dashboard)
Add a metric to the post activity data that shows the elevation gain per distance (ie Feet per Mile) for a run/bike/hike. Add a Dashboard bar graph that shows the weekly elevation gain per distance over time. For more mountainous events, this metric has an increasing training importance.

Better workouts tagging
Checking and fixing workout tags is a tiresome process on TP. Lamentably, many athletes forget or don't care about using the right sport-type profile on their head unit during workouts. I have a few suggestions:
1) Move tags to the left area of the summary workout view. Long post-activity messages push them downwards, making it harder to remember to check them (see screenshot).
2) Make them available on the Analyze view.
3) Allow athletes' tags to be editable in their settings.7 votesPlanning on this work in the next quarter or so.

Coaches calendar
A coaches consolidated calendar. Be able to have a calendar view that shows all upcoming events for all athletes.
At the moment I need to look at the ATP for each athlete to see what the upcoming events are to ensure I'm setting appropriate settings. It would be useful if on a single calendar view you can see every athlete's events for the next three months.

Pair/match completed with planned workouts by name
Currently, completed workouts are paired/matched with planned workouts by order of planned workouts in the calendar. This is nonsensical as missing only one workout to complete would result in mispairing/mismatching of all subsequent workouts.
A more sensical approach would be to pair/match by the name of the workout. Only the workout name can logically be made distinct at both ends, the mobile device through which the workout is recorded and the planned workout entry in TrainingPeaks.
For correct pairing/matching, the user would set the same workout name at both ends. Naming example:
(A) Apple Watch cross training workout of type…
