  1. It's not an idea but come on...why is the software so slow to upload. I have spent an hour barely writing one session for an athlete. I'm paying over 100 dollars per month, it should be better than this.

  3. I have a training plan for today. I have synced with my garmin, but I didn't select this training before because I need to move to the start point. I start my garmin, skip the Planning Training and move to the start point. Save My ride, open my garmin and select the Training Peaks training plan. I start doing the TPKs training. When I save it and open my TPKs dashboard, my first ride was select by TPKS as the metrics for the Planned trained, not the second one that I select in my garmin.

  4. In order to do polarised training tracking ******* acid post workout is increasingly becoming more viable as Portable Monitors and wearables are becoming more common. Adding a ******* acid metric to add post workout manually would be important to track progress and ensure that training has been at the correct intensity.

  6. Symbols representing availability for the athlete each day of the week

    on each day of the week a symbol will represent what the athlete can do
    Monday an athlete can swim, bike and run and workout
    The symbol for swim bike run and weights will appear
    A better way could be the word 'all' or a green checkmark above the day Monday
    Another approach could be to only show what the athlete CANT do
    If the athlete cant swim Sundays
    Then the swim symbol is in red above Sundays

    The athlete will set their availability in Settings using a checkmark…

  8. It would be a nice feature to create a recurring note. Recurring workouts are cool, but say I wanted to remember a client's birthday or the day they joined for customer service reasons - (yes I could do this with google calendar, but I'd rather keep all my client data in one place!). Recurring notes that could repeat in a client's calendar that are visible only to me would be helpful.
    Even making an "event" invisible to the client, and making it recurring would be fine. Doesn't have to be a note.

  9. I would like to be able to create laps within TP. At the moment can only use auto laps from garmin. I would like to crop workouts within TP then recalculate 1km laps again after editing. Please allow this

  11. There should be a report on available on the Dashboard that shows stats like cumulative training time, distance, and elevation gain. I'm shocked that I have to go to a Strava account to get these features... Cumulative elevation isn't even available in CSV file exports.

    Consider opening the Data Exports to have selectable fields for export (that include all of the fields that are currently captured for any individual workout or available to report on in the dashboard).

  12. I have a coach over at FasCat and we’re using your product to collaborate. It seems like a great platform for coaches.

    For myself, I am infuriated by the fact that I’m not able to move things around on the calendar unless said things are in the past. From my perspective, the platform is a glorified shared calendar. I thought about how to say that in a potentially less injurious manner but I think being frank is more helpful. I don’t use or think in terms of CTL and the other acronyms — I have other means to assess training…

Every day I have to wade through hundreds (literally) of notifications from Garmin watches telling me their body battery, stress, etc. It does this multiple times per day for each athlete, and is completely useless information. The website interface allows me to turn off the notifications, but not to choose 'unread' as well which IS a useful thing when I'm going through athlete updates and want to make sure I haven't missed anything. Surely the obvious thing to do would be to allow one of these updates once per day per athlete rather than the multiple nonsense it produces at…

  14. To increase visibility on athletes' nutritional balance, the current calendar view showing macros (carbs, fat, protein) should include an option to access micros (vitamins, minerals). Currently it requires athletes to send screenshots separately.

  16. There seems to be an issue with Garmin Sync . Training data from Garmin often does not get loaded into Training peak . NOt sure what the issue is ... Is it a issue with Garmin API ? This needs to be fixed .. There seems to be Sync issues with Garmin

  17. Allow equipment changes during the session. For example, I do my warm-up with one pair of shoes and after that, I switch to my spikes or race shoes. Maybe a manual interface, where you enter the distances for each piece of equipment.

  18. Come on Training Peaks - get it sorted please!

    The delays to the interface loading on my Macbook remind me of a dial up connection in the 1990s!

    I understand you had issues a few months ago but nothing has improved in my experience - 20 minutes now since I clicked refresh and all I'm seeing is blank athlete training calendars.

  19. When creating a workout in the "Build Workout", you can choose different workout intensities in the "Units" section. It is planned to add the "% Maximun Vo2MAx or Maximun Velocity Speed". For trainers who work exclusively with runners, it would make it much easier for us to create training sessions.

  20. Please add Garmin Sleep Score to the list of available calendar metrics and sync Garmin Sleep Quality with the existing TP Sleep Quality metric. The domain of values does not align, and Garmin Sleep Quality does not update the TP Sleep Quality metric.
