Eliminate IF from TSS per week chart and add "show planned"
The TSS per week (bar) chart could be a useful tool but is cluttered with IF data and would be even better if it could "show planned" TSS. I have no idea how someone, neither coach nor athlete, could value a measure of "IF per week". Even if TP wanted to maintain the ability to track IF per day, the chart would best stand-alone and not be combined with the TSS trend chart. WKO+ provided this feature and it was very helpful.
7 votesWe will be adding the planned data to all the charts in the web-app, same as it was in classic. In the meantime, you can graph planned and actual TSS using the Workout Summary Chart in the mobile apps.

Left / right leg power split from Computrainer
Computrainer records left and right leg power, but this information is lost when the file is transferred to TrainingPeaks.

Correct TSS for combined swim/bike/run brick workouts.
Right now the TSS of the combine events is NOT the same as the TSS if entered separately. Often the distance is also not the correct total.

Coaches to receive email notifications when an athlete enters daily metrics
As a coach we receive email notifications, when an athletes training session gets uploaded.
It would be great if this also happened when athletes enter their daily metrics into TP. This way ups and downs and feelings are flagged as well as any notes on sleep etc.7 votes -

Having used both apps side by side for weeks, I find MyNetDiary to be a cleaner faster UI than My Fitness Pal. I find the MND accuracy at least as good if not better than MFP. I find in fitness threads that MND has a userbase that is not being recognized, and many of these users want TP integration. I think overall almost every athlete at this point wishes for ONE platform that will capture any and all the metrics that athlete wants to measure and that all the athletes preferred vendors would just sync and share this information. Better workouts tagging
Checking and fixing workout tags is a tiresome process on TP. Lamentably, many athletes forget or don't care about using the right sport-type profile on their head unit during workouts. I have a few suggestions:
1) Move tags to the left area of the summary workout view. Long post-activity messages push them downwards, making it harder to remember to check them (see screenshot).
2) Make them available on the Analyze view.
3) Allow athletes' tags to be editable in their settings.7 votesPlanning on this work in the next quarter or so.

Include kJ on workout summary.
When looking at summary info on a workout, it would be nice to see kJ of work without clicking through and expanding the workout to a full-screen view. This summary info could be useful. It's great that it shows on the weekly summary tab, but having it posted on unexpanded workout blocks, or on the partially expanded screen would be great for increasing efficiency.

Show Sleep Hours on chart on dashboard by sum up by day
I sometimes have a short sleep in the afternoon or after work. Or sometimes before an event, I might have short sleep. That makes my watch detect and send more than one sleep record to TP via HealthFit.
I would like to see sleep hours by day, so I will know if I have enough sleep in this period (a week or a month...). Separating the record will make me confused if I don't have enough sleep in that day.7 votes -
Alcohol Metrics
Being able to track my alcohol consumption as it relates to my training will be incredibly useful. Right now I'm tracking it as a note, but I would like to see this alongside my macronutrients, weight, and training data.
I've included a screengrab of how I am currently tracking. A simple drink count will suffice (1 drink = 1.5oz spirits, 5oz wine, 12oz beer)

Android widget
A 4 x 3 (or something like that) widget for android phone displaying the 3 values: Firm Fitness and Fatigue. Plus miles a week or day. I left Strava for TP but loved their widget.

Improve Duplicate Detection
Please update duplicate detection, currently it only detects duplicates if the FIT files are exactly the same. It should flag files that start/finish at the same time.
Perhaps it could also give the we user the option to choose or combine files.7 votes -

Strava segment
I'm looking for a workflow to get Strava segment into WKO Smart Segment automatically. I was under the impression TP supports Strava segments, but while I see "live segments" on my Wahoo Element during a ride, they do NOT show up as a lap in TP. Am I missing something? If not, this would be a nice feature. I don't want to have to manually recreate approximations of common Strava segments.

when will it be possible to work in %PMA in cycling and %VMA in running and swimming.Criteria should be added to the zone data.
- PMA: cycling
- VMA: running
- VAM: in swimmingTherefore, in a session, we could choose to work on % of our data.
In absolute terms, the ideal would be to be able to do a session of this kind.
Ex:
- 5min between 50-70% heart rate max
- 10min 100% heart rate threshold cycle
- 2min 50-70% max heart rate cycling
- 20min of cycling 100% ftp

Create "visible for other coaches" NOTE
When your entering a NOTE in the calender it is visible for everybody.
You have the option not to make it visible for the athlete but other coaches can still see the note.I would like the option to hide the note for other coaches as well.
"Visible for other coaches" - buttonBecause you can't use "coachs journal" on mobile devices. And it gets full very fast or you have to delete maybe important notes.

The new Analyze page on TrainingPeaks.com is really a long window and not resizable, and Laps hide data as you scroll down to select various laps. The data area needs to e fixed/stationary like the old version so we can constantly se data as we go down the list of laps..
And this help page/idea page is not working. It does not recognize my email I use every day to log in. I had to create an account with another email. Lot sof pop up error codes. Finally got in.7 votes -
Athletes list sorted by first name
My brain is trained to find an athlete's name by his first name. The current sorting tool makes it hard to find athletes as they are sorted by last name only.

dont let athletes respond to coaches comments via email.
For example, TP generates an email letting the athlete know that I have commented on their workout. Instead of replying to my comment on TrainingPeaks, they instead reply via email, which derails the conversation and makes it hard to go back and look at a reply chain that now exists, in pieces, in 2 places.
