Search for events by name, description, and/or date
Would be nice for events both past and future to be searchable by their name and/or description.

Option to add calorie intake as a metric
currently you can add calorie intake via the myfitnesspal app. would it be possible to manually add calories consumed as a metric (for non-myfitnesspal users)?

Strength Metrics
I scrolled through the feedback and ideas of others, and it looks like you are making great efforts to make changes, so thank you TrainingPeaks Team!
If you have not already, I suggest looking at the App, Strong. They have a really great format, but I'd rather use TrainingPeaks because it's nice having both my cardio and strength workouts in one area. The new Strength app from TP is very good! For me to really love it and not want to supplement elsewhere, here is what I think could be useful.
1) Heart Rate monitoring during exercise - I am…

Turn off "Workout Completed" email.
I do not want to receive an email every time an athlete completes a workout. I need to know when they post a comment, but my inbox is flooded with "Workout Completed" emails. I can selectively turn off the notifications with the app, why can't I do it with the emails as well??

Add a 'Team functionality", which allows for more multidisciplinary collaboration with nutritionists, doctors, physiotherapists...
For example,
a kind of diary/annual plan, in which the workouts are less detailed but especially the detailed supplementation schedule can be added to certain periods, where altitude training can be planned, where medical reports/check-ups or physio screenings can be uploaded...
Ideally, this would then have an output function/reference/link to the detailed workout schedule. An overview of all the 'team members' with a brief summary on past training load, injuries, HRV/RHR, their next race goal... could be interesting as well.
Having a possibility to chat with other coaches, nutritionists, doctors through different accounts about a certain shared athlete will be…

Add pre-scripted Warm-Up's to 'Workout Builder'
It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

A workout can have different level or variation
I'd love to see different variation of the same workout,
as we use to start from one iteration and go to a more difficult version the week after, ie: V02 Simple Session Level 1 = 10x30s-30s, Level 2 = 10x40s-40s, Level 3 = 10x50s-50s, but it is basically the same Training, so I dont want to see all 3 (or more variations) in my libararies as I have now as my librairie become overloaded as all my trainings have at least 3 variations.1 vote -
New Strength - Block Size and Hover Over
Please make "New Strength" workout blocks in the user interface behave the same as old strength or any other workout. New strength is nice, but the default block size is really big vs other workout types and takes up a lot of real estate at the calendar level. Since most athletes have multiple workouts a day it causes you to scroll to see the entire day and its a little visually jarring to see a nice short summary for most workouts and then like half the workout spelled out for strength. It dominates the day's workouts with little value added.…

run distance in time based workouts
An issue I have is that the workout distance for run workouts never gets calculated when the workout is added to an athletes calendar. I used to work with Today's Plan before and there total workout distance was calculated by using the pace value from all the intervals and the time. When a pace range was given the middle value was used for calculation. This made it much easier to get an estimation for the weekly distance the athlete would have to run when planning for the athlete even with time based workouts.

swim distance not shown in workout library
The planned swim workouts in the workout library do not show the planned distance any more. I can only see the planned distance when the workout is moved into the athletes calender. This makes planning very annoying, as I can´t see beforehand which workout I should select based on the distance I want so prescribe. Support suggested to only use distance, but I don't really understand how a swim workout should be only planned by distance as the rest between the intervals will always be time based. Or is there a better way to incorporate interval rest into planned workouts…

Chronological order of Strenght Workout Builder in Calendar
It would be helpful if the new strength workout builder could also be ordered in the calendar view. For example now it is always set before a cycling workout and I cannot switch it with the cycling workout, so that it is set afterwards (as it was possible with the old builder).

Exporting/Uploading Planned Workouts
It would be helpful to have the ability to export a planned workout (a workout built within TP but not yet completed) in various file formats, and then send that workout to other TP users via email.
As it is now - a coach must share a workout folder by adding another TP user as a connection to their coaching account. The ability to export a planned workout and share via email would make that process more efficient and overall, more useful.

Improve Garmin / Swim workouts / Notes
Programming a structured swim workout from TP in Garmin is far from useful.
It does not allow Drill workouts to be done. There should be an option to allow at the end of a set to add the programmed distance of that set.
Rest times do NOT exist, the only option is to set a rest time but it counts the distance.
The notes or name of the series are not synchronized. So you must, remember each step.
Thank you

strength
1) my athletes have expressed that they would like to have better access to being able to leave notes. what may help is a reps/weight (planned) along with another line item of reps/sets (completed).
2) would love to see more movement patterns such as BB deadlifts, BB chest press, and large movement patterns.
3) if you need coaches to collaborate on #2 please reach out!

strength
- We would like the possibity for clients to move a planned workout (strength) to a later date. This is possible for runs, but only for strength in the premium accounts.
- we would like a parameter: duration/side and different reps for left or right side
- can we view in the calender only strength workouts, or only runs for exemple? sometimes we only want to see the runs, not peoples bike rides in the weekend :-)
- can we export the library to a file?
- we would like to be able to hide strength workouts
Thanks!!!

pickleball
Rename "Pickleball Racket" to just "Pickleball." You wouldn't call the activity tennis "Tennis Racket." It's not about the tool; it's about the activity.

rtss
Improve rTSS calculation method. Currently it is based exclusively on average pace. So if you do a hard workout, say that gives you 80 rTSS points, and then you jog to cool down, the rTSS score diminishes. Let's say to 70. This makes absolutely no sense. The algorithm needs to be changed to actually make sense. Since I learned this, I end my workout before cooling down. So I either disregard the cool down TSS, or I have to upload two different workouts.
If you look at the lap chart, you will quickly see that in an interval workout the…
