  1. I really love the new "strength" tool! it will be useful to put an option of rest time. Between exercises and between sets! I want to give some "tabata" workouts: 8 sets, 20 sec workout at 100% effort, 10 sec rest.

  2. Over the past few years i have had a few athletes come and go. It is always nice when they return however i often find that they have simply copied months of sessions from our previous history and then re applied it whilst we are not working together.
    I am not suggesting that we remove their data, but it would be nice to be able to unpair the sessions and clear away the intellectual property so that it cannot be so easily re purposed.

  3. I don't understand why it's not possible to get a graph or table of average speed and or duration by workout, in my case cycling ride. Average speed isn't an option and the Fitness History's smallest breakdown is by week. It would be great if you could do month/week/workout and see per workout metrics like distance and speed. Yes, I understand the comparisons may not always be valid, but it would still be nice to see it and I can use the comparison "at my own peril."

  5. The only way to send miles splits to Training Peaks from the Apple Watch is to hit the 'lap' button every mile. This is a different behavior from using a Garmin device which sends the per mile data as laps. I know the Apple Watch data is available as both Strava and Apple Health are giving me my data per mile. It would be very helpful to send this data to TP so my coach has it instead of multiple workarounds, like attaching screenshots from the Apple health app.

  6. athletes birthdays,
    re-occurring schedule,
    reminders and any other re-occurring data if needed.

    Athlete availability does not show an icon of the sport so you have to click on EVERY entry,

    using re-occurring notes is simple and elegant.

  7. It would be very helpful to have an optional emergency contact box in the athlete's profile. The coach is often the first person to realize if something is wrong with an athlete, especially if the athlete is living alone.

  9. Can a more comprehensive or separate view be implemented in the Map and Graph summary view? Check the uploaded files for an example of how I implemented it on WKO5 and how it compares to the current view of the TP web app.

  10. Insert a "nutrition/fuelling" box beneath pre-activity comments.

    Context - Of late I have encountered two issues with my athletes accounts using the FuelIn app.

    First, when the FuelIn app inserts its fuelling recommendations for a session in the pre-activity comments box (bracketed by the header and footer --------- FUELIN RECOMMENDATIONS ---------) my pre-existing (coach) comments/guidance/explanations get bumped to the very bottom and get missed.

    Second, with running workouts in particular, sessions planned in km auto convert to meters and absurd cadences replace those prescribed (i.e. 0.043543536 - 0.056437). I now understand that this is an interoperability/communications issue w the FuelIn…

Since we all know that training in one sport does not directly carry over to another sport, it is somewhat fundamentally incorrect for TrainingPeaks to be combining the TSS from all sports into the CTL graph. It would be much more helpful from a planning perspective (especially for multisport athletes / triathletes) if each sport got its own CTL graph and if they could all be displayed on the same PMC.

    I do think that the various sports should be combined when calculating Fatigue and Form, as all workout types do contribute to the level of fatigue and recovery the…

This may already be available, but think I would more use for the Coachs journal if it were available on the app. Sitting down at my desk to write training is typically blocked out, focused time. But notes on a particular athletes often come after a quick glance through their most recent workout soon after I get a notification.

  15. Please revert the completed workout colours to the old ones. New Green and Orange are almost indistinguishable, the old ones worked fine. Significant issue for someone who is colour blind.

  16. Erstmals wurden beim export eines structured workout auf *.fit und dessen kopieren auf garmin Edges "new files" seltsame Intensitäten übernommen. Hat davor mit anderen w/o sicher 100x funktioniert.
    Im Anhang das s/w/o in TP und am Edge.

  18. It would be really nice to see running pace by gradient (e.g. flat, 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%). It would help to see progress over time and facilitate planning. Negative gradients are likely less informative as terrain and conditions are (at least for me) dominating and hard to control factors.

  20. Improve filtering to see peak pace by distance or peak performance for selected sport (rowing for example) and not limited to running or cycling.
