Splits that align with the workout.
I've downloaded a training plan, it's in my calendar. Great.
Swim, bike, run workouts are obviously divided into 400m of this, 200m of that, run 30mins @ pace etc.
Now in TP there seems to be no way to view the actual time taken (or any measure) on each workout step. Swimming is close because you hit the lap button, but it still doesn't align with the workout...you get a big list of splits Freestyle, 1, 2 etc. Largely useless.
Running does 1km auto laps, not related to the workout steps. Again, largely useless.

Add the option to create a custom metric
Currently when tracking metrics for athletes or oneself, you must choose from a preset selection of options, which obviously does not include every possible concern. When coaching athletes with less common concerns, it would be very useful to be able to add a custom metric so that one could track that specific symptom without having to write a note about it each time. One example of this would be migraine headache. Another would be an athlete with intermittent chronotropic incompetence, or HR issues related to intermittent beta blocker usage, for example for arrhythmia or performance anxiety. Allow users the ability to suspend or cancel their membership on the mobile app since they are forced to it (at least on iPhone).

Set the Gear Ratio for each Bike+Wheelset
Request -Add a way to add the actual gears for the bike into TrainingPeaks (probably associated with a bike + wheel combination)?
Currently the Beta Charts include a "Front Gear" and "Rear Gear". These seem to be on the way to becoming the Front and Rear gearing. It would be great to be able to assign to Bike and separate Wheel combination - sometimes training with disc wheel that has different cassette to non-disc wheel.
Bonus - have the option to have a single chart with gear ratio (rather than two charts). This will simplify the number of charts required…

Outdoor/Treadmill specific Runs
Hi. I have a few clients who Run on both the Road and the Treadmill. They have different calibrations for pace/speed respective of which they decide to do that day but yet there's no way to change settings of differentiate this in the builder when writing their sessions. So my suggestion would be either make 'Treadmill Run' it's own separate workout choice or have a setting in Run whereby you could set different Thresholds for both respectively. synchronize power and HR zones with garmin connect
It would be nice if power & HR zones get sychronized with garmin, as it is tedious to keep them synced. Also because with Garmins Interface it's not possible to set the zones only in percentages but not in actual numbers.

Strength Timers
I really love the new "strength" tool! it will be useful to put an option of rest time. Between exercises and between sets! I want to give some "tabata" workouts: 8 sets, 20 sec workout at 100% effort, 10 sec rest.

Checklist
It would be great to have a simple checklist function available in the notes section of a strength workout. That way, as you work your way through the session you can check what has already been completed.
It would also be good to be able to copy and paste text from the notes of a prior session. (As an athlete it does not seem possible to do this currently).

allow to set Calendar as default view when opening the App (iOS)
to save at least one tap for viewing future workouts, it would be great if the iOS app would be able to show the calendar as the default/start view.

It's a bit surprising that TrainingPeaks doesn't offer a more straightforward way to view the total training hours or volume for a selected date range. Currently, calculating this requires manually adding up sections of the pie chart, which isn't very efficient.
For effective training planning, having a clear view of the total training load is essential. This is particularly important for:
Annual Training Plan (ATP/YTP) Development: Setting overall volume targets and monitoring progress.
Macrocycle and Mesocycle Analysis: Tracking load within specific training blocks.

Subscription and discount codes
Please allow the addition/changing discount codes without cancelling a regular subscription. At present I am on an annual subscription. I also am a member of Triathlon Australia, which provides a discount code each year. To add the discount code I need to cancel my subscription to Training Peaks each year. Please allow users to add a discount code at any time to be process with the next billing cycle without needing to cancel their subscription.
