Adding persistent notes that are included in the performance management chart
Hi,
it would be great if I could add certain comments into TP that would be included in the PMC. For example, I contracted Covid twice end in the winter training season 2023/2024 and eventually it took me 4 months to reach the same CTL level that I had at the beginning of the first infection.
It would be nice to mark the beginning and end of the infection period or mark training camps.

Allow feeding back results of indirect calorimetry into TrainingPeaks and/or WKO5
Hi,
I'm doing lab testing once or twice a year including an indirect calorimetry. It would be nice if I were able to feed back the results of those tests into TrainingPeaks and/or WKO5.
I'm sure the model could be made more accurate and perhaps, it might be possible to even come up with an estimation of how many grams of fat and carbohydrates I've burned in an exercise using the calorimetry's results.

Show planned time and percentage of total time in each power zone for future weeks on calendar and dashboard
As a user planning my own training schedule, I would like to know how much time I have planned in each zone for future weeks, so I can ensure that the proportion of high intensity and low intensity work is in line with my desires.

Allow specific heart rates to be entered while building workouts
In addition to being able to specifying heart rate ranges as percentages of threshold or maximum heart rate, it would be helpful to be able to specify HR range values directly.
As a motivating example, I have a heart rate zone that has an upper limit of 124 BPM. My threshold HR is currently 164. When building a workout using % of threshold HR and choosing that zone, the upper end of the range ends up being 125 BPM instead of 124 BPM because it is snapped to 76% of threshold HR. Direct Video Upload
It would be great to be able to upload videos directly from iPhoto/your phone downloads. I don’t want to upload my videos to YouTube or Vimeo so this is a real blocker for me.

Workout view
Replace the (now defunct) small minimal detail roll over window on workouts with the new vertical full detail view meaning users don’t have to click to view. All functionality already there. Remove a click and make it faster to locate workouts
Have any click on the new workout view open the edit delete move and duplicate options rather than two clicks to open the menu and then again to select the function
When dashes or dots are used to separate or delineate workouts have them also fill a complete line in the full detail view. At the moment…

Swim Workouts Longer than 5000yds/m in Workout Library
Requesting for the maximum distance to filter swim workouts by be increased to a substantially longer distance than 5000 meters or yards (i.e. 20,000 yards) as I have many swim workouts stored in my workout library that are longer than 5k, and when I want to filter and sort my swim workouts, anything longer than 5000 yds does not appear. I even noticed recently that when searching for a 9000 yard workout I have saved in my library, even if I toggle on the "swim" filter and no other distance/time limiting filter, I am still not able to see the…

Athlete status in the athlete library
As a coach, I would like to see a status column in the list of my athletes to visually categorize them and be able to change this status. For example:
- Athletes with a fully written plan
- Athletes needing plan adjustments and monitoring
- Athletes with no plan written
Other status options are also possible. I just need statuses for the athletes.

Please allow the ability to see the details and steps of a workout from the library.
Currently when using either the Android or IOS app, there is no way to actually see the specific steps of a given workout in the library except by adding it to the calendar then going into the calendar details.
Would be much better if the specific steps of the workout can be viewed directly from the library.

Different rates of recovery associated with different sports
I am a triathlete and my understanding (and experience) is that I recover quicker from swimming than biking and quicker from biking than running. Should (and can) this be built into the form and fitness recovery algorithm over time so that my Form score for swimming recovers quicker from the same TSS as that of a run allowing me to get back in the pool sooner?

Add Garmin Sleep Score and Garmin Sleep Quality to TP Metrics
Please add Garmin Sleep Score to the list of available calendar metrics and sync Garmin Sleep Quality with the existing TP Sleep Quality metric. The domain of values does not align, and Garmin Sleep Quality does not update the TP Sleep Quality metric.

EF
Put cycling EF back in the app. It was there for years and taken out a couple years ago I suspect because of a typo in the programming. EF is still an option to pick, but the chart is blank.

toggle between km/mi m/ft in analyse pace and elevation charts
I coach in the UK and half my athletes use metric and half miles. My account is miles and it would be good to be able to quickly toggle during a meeting with a client to I can be precise when talking about metric without having to think and convert.
In the UK many Garmin users will also use miles for distance and meters for elevation so being able to customise TP accounts like this would be useful
