  3. So Garmin has yet to address this issue customers are requesting for the last FIVE years, so maybe you all at Training Peaks can help and address from your end.

    Need a way to disable workout notifications on GArmin watches based on workout builder syncs. Specifically, we don't want alerts of thresholds below or above the range showing up. Only want alerts for the transition to the next phase of workout. When we do short intervals the transition alerts get lost in the threshold alerts.

  5. Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

  7. Since TrainingPeaks doesn't differentiate between open water and pool swims most devices including Garmin watches, only support importing structured workouts from TP in Pool swim mode. Seems to me we are missing a trick as the pool environment is already structured! Set distances, pool clock etc., and many swimmers (and coaches) prefer not to use a watch in the pool. However, when we go out outside, we lose the wall clock and the lap lengths. To avoid the common trap of falling into “mono-speed” swimming we still need to provide structure. I do this by setting the intervals on duration…

  10. data in sleep metrics is currently measured in % hr. It should be measured in hrs:min:sec, like the time field in workouts.

    also, more generally, it would be good to have a general custom field where athletes can track a bespoke metric which may not be currently available to be measured in metrics. thanks.

  11. It has been almost 9 years since you said this wasn't on your road map. Well, the roads have definitely changed; maybe it's time to reevaluate that map! I was a die hard MFP user for many years. MFP has changed and it's not the program it once was for me and many others. LoseIt! is rapidly gaining traction as the primary tracking app for many users. I switched and have no desire to go back.

    The LoseIt! of today is not the LoseIt! of 2014. I looked at it back then as well. I choose MFP over it then…

  12. Sometimes I need to fill in a missing out extra workout. It would be nice to be able to copy and paste workouts on the app to do that.

  13. I keep a separate diary in Excel for all my post-activity comments. I don't put them in TP because it is impossible to get a good list of all comments. With a list I can see patterns. Now in TP there is a very limited view in the calendar. Just make a report listing all post/pre activity comments

  14. As a coach, I make training plans on real watts (cycling) or in pace (running).
    E.g.: 4 x 1000m running @ 3'/K with 45" Rest. I still am waiting for this very important way of making build-up plans!
    You only work in % of something, but not in real watts or paces. For me, this is very important (and I guess also for other coaches)!

  15. Please add "Average" to metrics "Overall Feeling" and "Motivation" so you don't have to choose between "Below Average" and "Above Average".

    My coach was asking me why I feel "below average" since a long time. I answered there is no possibility to choose "Average", only possibility to choose "Above Average" but I don't feel "Above Average" because I feel "Average".

  16. Just another option in the drop down. Right now it is Unavailabe and Limited--what if this also included "Very Available" this would be for blocks of time that the athlete would have more availability. Example -- I will be taking a trip to California to have a focused block of training and racing. Notifying this in TP would help my coach see where he can maybe load some volume. Cheers!

  17. My Technogym Ride is not saving the cadence metrics in my TrainingPeaks. When I ride with Garmin its OK, but when I use my Technogym Ride, Its not working.

  18. Please consider adding sleeping respiratory rate to metrics choices. Also consider allowing the user to create custom metrics.

  19. At the moment you can only choose between power or heart rate zones when building a workout. As not all athletes have a powermeter it is quite laborious to consider that fact and prescribe the workout with the right zones (power or heart rate). If multiple zones (heart rate, power RPE or other...) can be displayed in a prescribed workout you no longer have to think about wether the athlete has a power meter or not.

  20. It was initially not clear to me that this peaks aware.uservoice.com needs a separate account created and does not use the training app login account. Perhaps make this clearer.
