Metabolic Zones
Metabolic zones seem to be the latest hype. Unfortunately, they have not yet appeared in your product. Apparently you are still attached to the traditional Coggan model, which does have some disadvantages, such as rougher, unspecific zones in terms of athlete type (sprinter, endurance type, ...), etc.
Do you plan to consider this in the future?

Availability Should Also Have Open Availability
Just another option in the drop down. Right now it is Unavailabe and Limited--what if this also included "Very Available" this would be for blocks of time that the athlete would have more availability. Example -- I will be taking a trip to California to have a focused block of training and racing. Notifying this in TP would help my coach see where he can maybe load some volume. Cheers!

include elevation gain in Weekly Summary and in the ATP
Training plans for ultra runners will often include targeted values of elevation gain. Request: (a) that elevation gain be reported in the Weekly Summary portion of the calendar view, (b) weekly elevation gain be included in the ATP as a manually entered value, such that it shows up along with other weekly ATP values. (similar to how Limiters are presented in the weekly summary ATP targets)

Library of exercise/drill/interval blocks to drag into workouts
Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

Make rest and recovery activities deliberately scheduled blocks of time
Make rest and recovery activities deliberately scheduled blocks of time. Just like workouts are. There's a little dopamine hit that we get by turning a workout "green," but the yoga, massage, rolling, chiropractor, compression, etc are all just as important as the workout (and equally as time consuming). I would like to be able to record and reward those, too! As it is, i record them as "other" workouts, but I'm not sure that really makes sense in the context of analytics.

Ability to scale an interval target value by a % when using workout builder
At the moment we either have to use the slider to alter the intensity or duration of an interval, for each interval. This is quite tedious, cumbersome and slow.
It would be great if we could highlight a section of a workout, or select certain intervals, and just increase those by a desired % value.1 vote -
Embedded Folders
I love the improvements that have been made to folders recently. However, it would be great to have embedded folder structures.
For example: I have a "Bike" folder, inside that I can have "Vo2 max" "Endurance" "Sweet Spot" "Low Cadence" etc.
Currently I have dozens of folders and have created my own numbering structure, but it would be great to have this functionality.

NGP available in Charts, Graphs and Scatter Plot
For trail runners will be useful to have NGP available in graphs and scatter plots.
Also charts like Time in Speed Zone to be based also on NGP.10 votes -
Ability to remove (Null) time of day from scheduled workouts
TL;DR = need to be able to clear, or select a blank value, for time of a future workout.
Problem:
When workouts are added by myself or my coach, they sometimes have a clock time and sometimes only the calendar date where the time value is Null. The time is not useful to me, so it is much preferred for the time to be null for scheduled workouts. When there is a time, it's the default value of midnight (12 am).
When the default 12am time is assigned, it is actively problematic when my Training Peaks workouts sync to Google…

Allow capturing activities longer than 99:59:59
For long events such as single stage 200 mile or further trail running races (e.g. Tor des Géants, Moab240, etc) it will be useful to be able to capture durations longer than 99:59:59 because many athletes will require more than 100 hours to complete the activity.

Phone app "Macronutrients" chart needs option to "include goal calories"
Phone app "Macronutrients" chart needs the same option as web app to "include goal calories". This would allow both phone app and web app charts to have the same info.

Interval Repeats from single block
Bring back the single interval block that you can repeat. Super useful in a ton of situations and heavily utilized in swimming workouts.

Workout annotation
I would like the ability to add annotations (comments) to particular time points in my workout. It would work by highlighting a segment of a workout and leaving a comment just on that particular portion.
This way I can leave notes for myself or my coach on how I was feeling or what I was doing during a particular moment of the training session. It would also provide a way for my coach to ask or tell me something about a particular moment in my workout. Example comments might include: "I started cramping", "Watch showed high heart rate, but the…

View specific athlete from "My Athletes" Calendar page
I often look at the "My Athletes" dropdown in the Calendar view for a quick full picture of all my athletes. However, I'd love to be able to then click an athlete's name from the "My Athletes" view and have it reload just that athlete's calendar.

Be able to compute PA:HR if power data is available (Heart Rate Drift)
If in your training data power is available, you can only calculate Pw:Hr. It is annoying to alter your training data and delete the power data to calculate Pa:Hr. It would be super nice if you could just select the calculated variant with a dropdown of Pw:Hr and Pa:Hr, for example. This would make Heart Rate Drift much more convenient to calculate.
This hit me after the new updates by Garmin, your watch delivers Power with a Garmin strap, and you cannot really turn that off.
