Find a way (icon or colour code) to see in calendar what unit the structured work out is using. (threshold pace, Threshold power, etc)
I deliver trainings either in pace threshold or power threshold. Because I copy paste some trainings, sometimes I will use the wrong unit (using power threshold vs pace threshold for example). I always audit each training once I m done but this takes time as I have to enter the training and hoover on the structured work-out. Would like an icon or colour in the structured work-out in calendar view to save time. For example a little lightning strike on the structured workout if this is a power based training, a shoe icon if it s pace based, etc..

TP needs reviews for coaches and training plans
TP desperately needs a way for people to provide coach feedback and reviews. Same goes for the training plans. My wife got burned twice by working with incompetent and unreliable coaches. The same goes for the training plans they are publishing. Just because someone says they are a qualified coach, does not mean they have any clue as to what they are doing or creating.

The weather functions
The weather functions are very convenient, but the wind speed is not correct! the numerical value corresponds to meters per second, and the caption indicates that it is kilometers per hour.

Mountain Bike zones use bikeing zones
It would be nice if Mountain Biking workouts used my biking HR zones instead of the running HR zones.

On Dual Athlete Mode add a Pull Down on the 2nd athlete to select athlete
I know there is an option to drag/drop the athlete onto the 2nd calendar, but almost 100% of the time I have the workout view open and need to switch to athlete to use drag and drop. By adding an athlete pull down to the 2nd calendar, I could stay on the workout tab and still select an athlete for the 2nd calendar. Less clicks, more productivity

external heart rate monitor
Indication for using an external heart rate device.
Explanation: TP doesn't indicate when the athlete uses the heart rate from his/her watch or from a real external heart rate monitor.
Since the watch measurements are not accurate, I would like to have an indication on the session what was the source of the heart rate data.5 votes -

SWOLF graph
Hello,
It would be nice to me to have the SWOLF score VS time graph. In that case one can acknowledge if his swimming efficiency is improving over time.

please add 'swimming' to the 'gear' tab so that tri-athletes can add their goggles and see how much use we have put them through. thanks

Import skiing from Apple Health/Slopes
It would be great to add a downhill ski option and to allow automatic imports of skiing through Slopes and/or Apple Health. Downhill skiing currently has to be imported as a GPX file even though the data is available on Apple Health or through Slopes.

Be able to download email contacts in one click
Sometimes wer send out email communication that is not suitable to enter into training peaks (past clients or has images etc) - It would be incredibly helpful to be able to download our contracts into a CSV or similar. Today I spent around 4 hours trying to copy and paste them all from profiles.

Emergency contacts - an area 'under profile'
I would like to see an area where people can put their emergency contacts into training peaks under profile information - this is helful to the coach if there was an accident or similar. As this is an app we have it everywhere we go. It would be great to have this included please!

Average pace in each Heart Rate Zone
Currently, all software for tracking performance provide duration in each heart rate zone and the % of time spent in each heart rate zone of an entire run/ride.
However, to track progress, it would be beneficial to know the average pace run in each each heart rate zone. This would be an important metric to monitor as it would capture average pace in Zone 2 for example and this could be compared to past runs to reflect progress or lack of

Saving Workouts
I can no longer save my workouts in the "Summary" screen. I have to go to "Analysis" screen in order to do so. It is not a big problem, but it is a nuisance.

Web version on iPad
Would love the ability to run the web version on an iPad without having it default to the app version. This is especially helpful from a coaching vantage!

Multi - File Analisys
Bring back the function that WKO3 had. The ability to review and compare several section or intervals from several workout files. Example a set of 3 min on 3 min off that an athlete did each Tuesday for the last 4 weeks. It would be useful to be able to compare those in a single "view".
It would also be useful to be able to do the same with different athletes. Example two athletes do the same event (single or multi-sport) and view the event metrics in a single file.18 votes -
Include temperature to the snchronized metrics from Withings
I have been tracking blood pressure and weight with the help of Withings devices for some time now. Both are synchronized from Withings to Training Peaks.
Recently I've added body temperature to the metrics I track with Withings; however there is no body temperature field in TP metrics for me to enter them, and oviously it is also not being synchronized.
Would be great if this field could be added, and an import from withings implemented.

Notification - Read/Unread Toggle and Filter
For the coach “Home” page notification “feed”, please allow users to toggle “read” and “unread” for specific notifications (or “flag” some other way. Use case: I read a notification, but want to return to it (maybe requires more thoughtful reply or analysis) so would like to re mark it as “un read” so I don’t forget about it.

Coaches calendar reminder
Add reminders to athletes' calendars and be notified by email or web/mobile notification. It wouldn't be visible to the athlete.
