  1. I'm not sure how to incorporate this, but including sleep hours/quality into the TSS calculation would give a more accurate assessment of fatigue level and help guide training choices.

I think what you are looking for is a way to incorporate other factors in to the TSB calc, but then it would not be Training Stress Balance anymore. HRV is another metric that you may find useful as well. We plan to add HRV as a metric in the future. Currently you can plot sleep metrics on the PMC in our mobile apps. This blog post briefly touches on that:

  3. May I suggest a stepped reverse log scale for the time axis to display the PMC?

Daily for the most important last 28-60days,
    Weekly for the preceding quarter,
    Monthly for the preceding year
    Quarterly back 5-6 years
    Annual beyond that.
    (Or something along those lines)
This gives us a way to look at where we are coming from, without sacrificing the detail of the recent history.

Some if us have been w TP for many years and I certainly like like to look back, comparing my fitness progress to previous training bouts.

  4. Current metrics only work for endurance sessions and a really hard strength workout on the bike can give very low figures for TSS, IF and calories. This affects the graphs for CTL, ATL and make it more difficult to assess a race taper.

We can (and do) provide the purchaser’s email address when the buyer has consented to receive additional information in their user settings.

  6. Scroll between people is great. I see you tried to get it in, it doesnt work correcty. Even more fasten and simpler is to show 3 names.

    Like this< sander, mark, judith

Mark is shown. You can pres judith and its teh next, you can press sander and its the previous.

    Good luck.

  7. Having used both apps side by side for weeks, I find MyNetDiary to be a cleaner faster UI than My Fitness Pal. I find the MND accuracy at least as good if not better than MFP. I find in fitness threads that MND has a userbase that is not being recognized, and many of these users want TP integration. I think overall almost every athlete at this point wishes for ONE platform that will capture any and all the metrics that athlete wants to measure and that all the athletes preferred vendors would just sync and share this information. I…

  9. Myself and another trainer not only share athletes and training plans, but desire to build our training plans based on a shared library of Workouts. Unfortunately, currently when we share a Workout Library, only one of the coaches can modify / add workouts to that library, and the coach who cannot edit them, can't view the full description unless they actually open the workout.

We want to have a totally shared workout library where the coaches that are sharing that library both have add and edit access to everything in that folder. This would allow us to both keep in…

  11. When viewing the workout in Quick View, have the ability to overlay zones (HR, pace, power, etc) on the graph as available in Expanded View. Also be able to set a default for this so it loads that way every time you click into it for both Quick View and Expanded View.

  13. Currently coaches are limited to creating visible recurring workouts only. It would be great to have an option to create hidden recurring workouts and unhide them as needed. Or or delete them, just how it can be done with normal recurring workouts.

  14. In order to do polarised training tracking ******* acid post workout is increasingly becoming more viable as Portable Monitors and wearables are becoming more common. Adding a ******* acid metric to add post workout manually would be important to track progress and ensure that training has been at the correct intensity.

  16. Please let athletes assign different colours to active training plans that they have purchased.

I have purchased, and have on my calendar, both road and MTB cycling plans. I use/complete some of each, however, can’t at a glance tell which is which. It would be great to be able to assign a colour to the plan and then see, in my calendar, which plan is for which program.

  17. Within a coaching company where they have multiple coaches and share multiple training plans with athletes, it would be great to be able to share all training plans and possibly even workout libraries automatically with associated coaches. I know you can manually share each individual plan but could much smoother when controlled from the 'head account' and turned on or off for coaches who would need the plans and/or workout libraries.

  20. For athletes that travel (especially those with coaches) and/or are not always in one location, it would be great to have a location input in the calendar that can be multi-day - I use a work-around often to allow my coach to know where I will be in advance. It's obviously beneficial for example in cases where there will be more trails available or not. (I attached a screenshot to show how clunky the calendar is now when you need to input a location to communicate availability)
