  2. need to be able to view as many weeks on one screen as the classic allowed up to 6 weeks. There now is no way to adjust that or a search for date option.

    Controlling the number of weeks shown is no longer an option with the infinite scroll calendar. However, if you put the app in fullscreen mode the workouts go into a compact view mode. In this mode you can get 4-6 weeks visible depending on the number of workouts on the calendar. It is the button with the arrows on it, two down from the today button at the top.

  3. need a more athlete / user friendly method for tacking reps, loads, and sets from workout to workout, also an easy way to track progress with this data over time.

  6. please add a notes option for calendar that is NOT counted as a workout. I've used "race" and "other" which only works intermittently and inconsistently which is itself frustrating.

  7. The current TrainingPeaks views for coaches (Flex and beta versions) are basically a collection of individual athletes without many features for managing multiple athletes. These views treat the coach view as a big filing cabinet of individual athletes, each in their separate drawers. This requires the coach to go through each filing drawer individually. In Flex you can open two filing drawers next to each other, which is nice, but not nearly enough. With a true "coach view," a coach's workflow would be enhanced to improve reviewing, planning, analyzing, and communicating with both individual athletes and groups of athletes.

    There is a lot of great feedback, suggestions, and some known bugs in here. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. We are working towards many of these things already, hopefully for later this year. I am going to mark this as “Considered” so you get your votes back.

  8. I generally work in statute units. But occasionally I would like information to be displayed within an individual workout in metric. The most common being when running on a track. (But also when swimming in a "meters" pool). I would like to be able to configure specific workouts to display in metric. (Bonus points if the distances can be metric, but speeds/paces in statute.)

  10. Being able to track nutrition by workout (calories / hydration per exercise) would be helpful. Especially for long workouts where nutrition planning is important.

  12. It would be great to sync not only the MyFitnessPal nutrition data for the whole day, but to break this down into Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks.

  13. Maybe this would only apply to longer durations, but NP could be a better indicator than average power for common riding conditions and this could be an easy and valuable enhancement.

  14. Request for a summary graph of % grade corresponding to VAM effort with distance. Additionally, based on date range, a graph viewing a summary of fasters VAM effort on % grade with distance.

    VAM available on the graph summary when "Run" as an activity.

  15. Is there a way to view the peak power(s) in a lap or retrospectively added section? I’d like to compare a series of efforts but by their 12 and 20 sec power rather than purely peak power. For example, if I were to highlight a 15 minute section, the peak powers (HRs etc) would be from that section only, not the whole workout.

  16. Drag and drop can sometimes fail in TP BETA and no way of knowing until looking on the calendar. For one workout this is not a train wreck, but if you drag multiple files over and 1 or 2 of them fail, then its very time consuming and frustrating working out what has happened and putting it right.

  17. As a coach, be able to block an athlete from altering their prescribed training. Heaven forbid some of mine have altered theirs, I would like to block them from doing so....

    The new Beta app now supports “locking” which is a feature of our old app and new. In Beta, athletes will not be able to edit any planned information. In Classic, they can edit the workout information but not change its date. So, we’re kind of halfway in between the ideal solution, which is what you propose. So, we’re getting there.

  18. Be able to set notification parameters to athlete's daily metrics so coaches can get notified when an athlete exceeds one -- a weight parameter which could indicate dehydration, or high morning resting HR which could indicate high fatigue, or overall fatigue level high, etc.

    1. The idea is to set the amount of time spends in every training zone in the exercise

    1. For example (for zones S1-S7):

    We have 2:30h training which consists of:
    - 20min preecool, S1-S2
    - sets for LT: 5x5min S4, 3min breaks S1
    - 20min cooling, S1
    - power intevals: 3x1min S6, 5min breaks S1
    - S2 to the end of the training

    And the coach can set (during presribing the training) time in every zone, in a separate window/section in an exercise view:

    S1 = 40min
    S2 = 82min
    S3 = 0min
    S4 = 25min
    S5 = 0min…
