Event entry more robust
Make race "event" planning and data sync/pairing as robust as other TP sessions. Would be great to schedule times/pace/effort/durations just like a workout, if desired. Plus, the nutrition app Fuelin triggers carb load and race nutrition protocols based on race events, but TP does not sync workouts back to events, and events have limited possibilities (e.g. I can not build a workout to put together a race plan using an "event"). You end up having multiple workouts recorded on TP (events+ data + perhaps a built session), duplicating/doubling planned or recorded effort, throwing off macros/nutrition etc. when race data comes…

Remove useless user tracking api calls
Please remove the call to https://api.iterable.com/api/users/update; it blocks mouse activity for 25 seconds after the page loads. It completely ruins the user experience. During that time, I can’t view or create a workout. The Facebook follower feature also throws errors. These should be optional. The privacy policy also makes no mention of iterable or what data is sent to third parties.

Fractional Plates - Decimal Place Data Entry
Athletes can only submit whole numbers when tracking weights in their gym sessions. Theres no option for fractional plates such as 1.5kg, 1.25kg etc. So my athletes have to round up or down to 1kg or 2kg for example

View Previous Exercise History
When using programming feature, it would be useful to see a clear history of athletes progression for a specific exercise, potentially even in graph form.
bench press for example, a complete history of progress - reps/sets/volume etc

Event/Race Calendar - multiple athlete overlay
Event Calendar
A feature that would be really helpful for coaches would be an Event Calendar view. The ability to view upcoming races/events across multiple athletes on a single calendar, with the option to overlay selected athletes, would make it much easier to track race schedules, plan training blocks, and identify athletes targeting similar events. This could be especially useful for managing group communication, race-specific content, camps, and shared preparation for key races throughout the season.
I think this would add real value for coaches managing multiple athletes.

Pair Planned Strength Workouts with Garming Strength Workouts
It's terrible that strength workouts from garmin cannot be synced with the new strength tool. I understand there are probably data limitations but without syncing it's double counting the workout and losing data if I delete one or the other. I'm going to just go back to logging my reps in a separate app but it would be nice if I could integrate all here in TP.

App is buggy
The TrainingPeaks app seems incredibly buggy. I'm a paying (premium) customer and I'm sorely disappointed.
I'm signed up for mobile push notifications and emails, and I don't get emails.
I get notifications that my coach added notes, but then the notes aren't there (when I click the notification, it takes me to a page to write my own note), OR they are only readable if I click on them from the notification center but don't show up on the calendar for date they should be attached to. Sometimes I just get an error.
There's also a mismatch on web and…

Comparing the planned and actual interval
There is missing a function to get the data for a workout where you can see what planned speed/watts was and your actual metric was on top. I'm missing the ability to see if I managed to hit the mark or not

Premium pop-up
As an athlete, 99% of the time I’m accessing my workouts on the iPhone mobile app. The “upgrade to premium” pop-up appears every time I open the app to view my workout. I’m probably not going to upgrade, due to cost, so I want the pop-up to go away permanently. If I select NO on the pop-up, remove it.

compress multi activity days on calendar
It would be nice if I could compress some of the days shown on the calendar, when I track multiple small activities I get one long block for that day and it makes it harder to view the rest of the calendar. You can see all the white space in the image for every day but Wednesday. It could even just show a summary rollup for that day with TSS and total time. I like to view multiple weeks at a time esp when planning around future travel.

Have a Notes History for Strength Movements.
I have a lot of clients that use the notes on their strength portion of the app. However, they have asked if possible to have a notes for each exercise, and be able to access that via history. The example is if they needed to use a red band for an exercise, there's no real great way to annotate that and be able to search that for next time. Or if they had to modify an exercise, it'd be nice to have a notes section next to the exercise, and the history, so they can see what they did the…

Ai layer that texts the coach when workout is uploaded and gives brief analysis
Make a “layer” between the athlete and coach. Right now, Strava gives you a 2 sentence Ai analysis of your uploaded ride within 30 seconds of uploading. No coach can ever compete with that.
What if you did something similar, but gave the coach the “approval” power?
Athlete uploads file.
Ai does analysis
Ai texts the coach- “Hey- your athlete uploaded a file. Here’s our analysis. Would you like to Approve? Reply with Y or N for No. Would you like to Add to this analysis? Reply with A.
Coach replies with “A”. Coach types in, “Nice to see this…
