Ability to remove (Null) time of day from scheduled workouts
TL;DR = need to be able to clear, or select a blank value, for time of a future workout.
Problem:
When workouts are added by myself or my coach, they sometimes have a clock time and sometimes only the calendar date where the time value is Null.The time is not useful to me, so it is much preferred for the time to be null for scheduled workouts. When there is a time, it's the default value of midnight (12 am).

Automatic setup for WKO by automatically importing athletes and data from TP.
It's ridiculous that I have to manually create a new athlete for every athlete in WKO when all of that info is already in TP. Since getting WKO, I've basically never used it because the UI and integration is lousy, then for a long, long time it didn't even work at all on the latest version of Windows. Since I've paid for it, I want to try to justify the money I spent, especially after waiting forever for Windows 11 compatibility. Please incorporate Garmin sleep data into the PMC
Most Garmin watches now offer sleep analysis and they incorporate this into a feature called Body Battery that indicates fatigue and training readiness. Since you can now sync this sleep data into TP, please can you integrate it into the Performance Management Chart? Sleep quality is a critical factor in the body's ability to perform but right now the PMC ignores it.

Apple calendar integration
Would be great for the TP calendar to update in Apple Calendar, so you have a diary view of your day outside of the app. Saves having to update TP and then go to calendar and update your workout times in your calendar 📆
Very similar to likes of booking.com adding your reservations or other ticketing apps adding events to your diary from their app.

Populate Athlete Birthdays and US Holidays to TP Calendar
Add athlete birthdays (to their own calendar obviously) and or US holidays to the athlete's TP calendar.
Make this an option for the coach to enable/disable.
Birthdays and US Holiday notes on the calendar should be hidden by default if this feature is enabled by the coach.Today, we already capture the discrete data (athlete birthday date), so we could post the information to the athlete's calendar.
WHY DO THIS?
Remembering your customers birthday is just good for business. Period. Forgetting this is well ... disheartening to the athlete. Ask me how I know.

peak performance
Can we please have 10 and 20 second Peak Performances? Fully custom (as has been suggested before) would be ideal. But as a interim step, plugging some obvious gaps would be great. I'm training my bike sprint at the minute, but can only see 5 second (too short) and 1 min (too long) peaks. It would be great to track my 10 and 20 second progress via the peak performance feature. The ability to mark notifications as 'unread.'
Many times an athlete writes a comment in a workout or I see something within a workout that makes me want to make another change or something else I need to come back to. I would like the ability to keep the notifications so I can have a reminder to come back to that workout for further review or action.

New Strength Builder
As other coaches have mentioned here, it would be great if we could prescribe strength training based on percentages of 1RM.
In addition, something very simple and essential is the addition of a field for interval time between sets, which could contain a timer for the athlete to keep track of. As already seen in other apps.
Also, as I have seen mentioned here, a field for linking sets of the same block, such as A1 + A2 in a "super set" and A3 separately, but in the same block.

Training Peaks is such a great platform for coaching multiple athletes and helping coaches to make a living.
The key to coaching athletes is to help them in achieving their goals in their events.

Calendar
I would like to have a table listing all my athletes' competitions. I could use it to summarise weekend activities or as a basis for setting new goals for other athletes. This would save us from having to create a new goal each time, give us quick ideas for events, and ensure we don't forget any athletes who have competed.

Two-factor Authentication Login
After Apple released the Private Relay function, the TrainingPeaks web app is not retaining my log-in credentials on Firefox or Safari. The Google captcha is inefficient. Please, add better-checking two-factor authentication processes to confirm our credentials like phone SMS or WhatsApp messages or one-time passwords.

Manually adding distance mile/km laps/splits in analysis and distance line markers on the graph
I have a new athlete who uses an Apple watch and her run comes through as one lap. TP helpdesk has said this is the way the file comes to them and that Apple will label the mile laps in their native app but they are not automatically writing them into the file itself.
While I understand the information provided by the Apple file, I still find the absence of labelled laps in the analyse section of TraingPeaks a bit perplexing, especially considering the investment I've made in TrainingPeaks Premium accounts for my athletes. We have 2:30h training which consists of:
- 20min preecool, S1-S2
- sets for LT: 5x5min S4, 3min breaks S1
- 20min cooling, S1
- power intevals: 3x1min S6, 5min breaks S1
