  1. the new strength tool is fantastic but as it doesn't include a TSS I have an "old strength" workout planned for the same day in which I put an estimated TSS. I know this point has been raised before but I've also noticed that the new strength workout does not contribute to the time in the dashboard pie chart although it does contribute to the totals in the calendar. in the attached files the calendar show the two workout, one old and one new. I've set the duration to 1m in the "old" workout so it doesn't upset the times…

  2. I don’t understand why a professional platform like TrainingPeaks does not integrate Suunto health data (SUUNTO 247 DATA API) such as sleep, HRV, RHR, etc., when these data are available through Suunto APIs and already integrated into free coaching platforms.

    TrainingPeaks should not be a platform that promotes the sale of Garmin devices, but should be neutral and allow us coaches to work at our best.

  3. As a coach I’d find it very useful to be able to view Percentage Complete versus Planned sessions. So an overall % and per discipline, per week, per month or whatever dates you requested.

    The data for this already exists with Tp so this would be easily achieved for the developers.

    It could be used to show an athlete their commitment to the coached plan. Also for the coach hold an athlete to account.

    Thank you for the feedback. This is a common request and has been added to that project’s feedback.

    Future opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  4. It would be helpful to have notifications when an athlete or coach added an event to the calendar or ATP.

  5. Currently the planned workout includes breaks and gives a time and pace based on that. The uploaded workout does not, so the pace and TSS are higher, and the workout compliance ends up not green.

    There are pros and cons for both measures - being able to see actual swim pace, not pace including breaks, or being able to see the total duration of the sessions., Either way I think we should compare the same thing, not 2 different things.
    I would prefer the uploaded file to include breaks, but a toggle to be Abe to switch between them on…

  7. As a coach, this is killing us. Every time an athlete completes a workout - they have to be ranked and compared to the TP data base? This is so disheartening for so many athletes who are at the back of the pack, running 14-15 mm and cycling at 90 watts. Honestly, this should be optional. As a coach, we should be able to have access to this to turn it off. And, the athlete, should be able to opt in or out of this. We are not winning races in training and this feature should absolutely be optional.

  9. Hi! I have one suggestion for the coaching site on the web. Is it possible to move the Coach Journal from the left side (under Profile & Zones) to the left side, under the metrics Fitness, Form and Fatigue?
    I usually take notes in the coach journal but I always have to go back and fourth between the coach journal and the workout libary when planning for the athletes. I upload a picture where I suggest you can put the journal.

  11. Maybe this would only apply to longer durations, but NP could be a better indicator than average power for common riding conditions and this could be an easy and valuable enhancement.

  12. I really like training peaks, but after years of paying $120 a year for features I wasn't using I decided to stop and switch to Garmin connect. I did this because Garmin connect let me plan out in the future (poorly). I recently switched back because training peaks is more detailed, but I am stuck using the free version I want to pay some features and I feel like the $50-60 is the sweet spot. I am looking for just a few capabilities. 1) planning 2) create workouts. That's really it. Some basic metrics would be a plus.

  13. Currently, all software for tracking performance provide duration in each heart rate zone and the % of time spent in each heart rate zone of an entire run/ride.

    However, to track progress, it would be beneficial to know the average pace run in each each heart rate zone. This would be an important metric to monitor as it would capture average pace in Zone 2 for example and this could be compared to past runs to reflect progress or lack of

  14. For a triathlon, there are 5 workouts uploaded to the calendar (Swim, T1, Bike, T2, Run). I could cope with that. But when it comes to swimrun, workouts with 15 runs and 14 swims are normal. This bloats the calendar.

    I want TP to be able to show this as one event but when i go into the details of the workout, all workouts that makes up this multisport event are listed. Garmin Connect handles this in a neat way.

  15. I'd like to see better visualization comparison between different metrics.

  16. At the moment you can only choose between power or heart rate zones when building a workout. As not all athletes have a powermeter it is quite laborious to consider that fact and prescribe the workout with the right zones (power or heart rate). If multiple zones (heart rate, power RPE or other...) can be displayed in a prescribed workout you no longer have to think about wether the athlete has a power meter or not.

  17. It would be awesome if the calendar view could show predicted CTL, ATL, and TSB values on each day in the calendar. This would avoid having to go to the chart and would make it easier to plan future workouts.

  19. Basic athletes recieve notifications when the coach gives feedback on a session. Feedback is an integral part of coaching and basic athletes are missing this because they do not know when a coach has commented on their session. They should get notifications without having to upgrade to premium and pay for it.

  20. I cread a workout for an athlete by duration. But some athletes like to know the rough distance as well. It would by helpfull if TP calculate it...
