On Calendar web page, under Summary, I would urge your team to add "Planned Done" above numbers for Total Duration, Total TSS, etc.
Please see mockup.

Add or change strength exercises mid workout
Very often weights or a machine are being used and we need to swap the planned exercise for something similar. Like the BB bench is busy, so we can do DB bench press instead. Or we want to add something we didn't program previously.

New Calendar Look
The New Calendar Look on the desktop feels too white-wahsed. Run and Walk icons look nearly identical (minus the heal being lifted). Previously the training file icons had more and different color to them. On quick glance, the previous icons were easier to identify. I feel this week for me, writing schedules has taken 1.5x as long.

Metrics Window Too Large
I may be missing something, but when using the Training Peaks website on an iPad the metrics window is too large. The command buttons on the bottom are not visible, and cannot be scrolled to.

New web is font difficult to read & activity icons unclear
While I am all for updates, I find the new style and size of the font on the web version updates make it very difficult to view activities clearly, or read text below the activity name.
The activity name and basic states used to be much bolder and larger sized font. The text below is now so small, I am now unable to read this without significantly increasing the screen size in my browser settings.
The activity icons are not as clear and bold as they used to be and I find myself having to really try to focus on…20 votes -
Have last 42 days (and last 42 and next 7) as one of the timescale for the PMC
Hi TP. have you considered having last 42 days (and last 42 + next 7) as one (2) of the timescale options on the performance management chart. as CTL is the average TSS over the last 42 day it would be useful to look at so you can see quickly what TSS is about to drop out of the 42 day window (you already have last 28 days and last month which are so close that maybe you could drop one of them).

Hide map for a workout
I have an athlete of who his location should remain secret at certain points in time. To see his progress, it would be great to have an option that his location could be hidden, so I can still see the workouts that he's doing.

The new blue color is too contrasted
The new 2025 redesigned blue color in some places is too contrasted and "painful" to see.
Reduce the contrast of the blue color, also the accessibility tool should help with it.14 votes -
New Strength Builder
As other coaches have mentioned here, it would be great if we could prescribe strength training based on percentages of 1RM.
In addition, something very simple and essential is the addition of a field for interval time between sets, which could contain a timer for the athlete to keep track of. As already seen in other apps.
Also, as I have seen mentioned here, a field for linking sets of the same block, such as A1 + A2 in a "super set" and A3 separately, but in the same block.
In the "reps" field, it would be interesting to have…

Delete Training Plans ability
I have training plans in my library that I want to delete, however, there is no option to remove a training plan from your account entirely. Please add this as an option.
Thanks

Integrate the TPVirtualHub in the TP app
I’d really like to be able to open the TP app and go search for a TPV event and sign up for ut in the app, then see it populated into my TP calendar

Build workouts based on target power range, not FTP
In the TP workout builder, I can either select a target FTP or FTP range. It'd be nice if I could just write a target power in mind. Right now, I have to fiddle around with the target FTP ranges until I get the power range I want, and I'd rather just input the power myself (e.g. 150-200 watts)

Ride Library
Without a coach it's difficult to develop monthly rides to post to Calendar. (TrainerRoad has 1000's of rides one can use as part the subscription.) Would it be possible to build a library where riders can pick and choose rides, drop and build a full ride schedule or simply fill in empty days.

The dashboard needs a pie chart for power or heart rate
On the dashboard I would like to see something similar to the "Time in heart rate zones" chart but as a pie chart showing % of time spent in each zone over the selected time. This would look something like the "Fitness summary" chart but for heart rate. The same thing for "Time in power zone" or "Time in speed zone" would also be very useful. Basically, a way to see if I am in sticking to 80/20 at a glance.

Motorcycling workouts and activities on the TP library
I'm a cycling coach and I follow also motorcycle athletes which usually training on the bike. It will be great if TP integrates the library of activities with something releated to motorcycling, nowday a lot of motorcyclist use TP because they are followed by endurance coaches and will be very interesting to compare the different activities (cycling, gym, running, motorcycling, ecc.) and the releated methabolic parameters.

Weighted HR chart
For polarized and pyramidal training appoaches, it would be helpful to have a stacked chart option for zone 1&2, zone 3, and zone 4&5. Alternatively, being able to export chart data, or custom combine zones would be a helpful analysis addition to the existing stacked time in zones chart.
