Nap stats
It will be a very handy to add a nap metrics in TP to help coaches to see how recovery is going, because a daily 10-15min "power naps" do a big impacts in that process.

Swim Pace Is Wrong - Says Secs / 100m should be Mins / 100m
As in screen shot... if it were 3 sec / 100m they'd be going at 75 mph!!!

Integrate fitaiapp.com into TrainingPeaks.
fitaiapp.com is a perfect platform for strength trainings. If possible to improve the integration with it, and allow upload the strength training summary into TP.

Better Strength Workout setting
Allow the setting of Sets and number of exercises on top of the duration. If I am using a Third party application that doesn't integrate with TP, I can't edit the sets and exercises to be monitored by my coach.

ATP events
As a coach. It happens very often that i have to create the same race events for several athletes during the Atp creation/edit. this leads to a duplication and wasting of time. i suggest to split event creations in a shared season calendar and the athlete specific goal for that event in his own ATP so to reuse the events already created.

You can make workouts visible for users without Expecting them to buy premium. Just don't allow them to export the workouts.

Training in Android App bearbeiten
In der heutigen Zeit hat nicht mehr jeder einen PC. Entweder muss die Webversion barrierefrei und handytauglich werden oder man sollte alle wichtigen Aktionen wie Einheiten verbinden und trennen, Trainings bearbeiten (AutoLap oder manuell, Typ des Trainings nach HF, Power oder Pace) über das Handy erledigen können.

Beta - Allow athletes to edit at least one activity per day
As an amateur athlete and a Software Engineer, I often balance my time between sports and work.
Sometimes it means I need to reschedule a few workouts. My coach knows it and allows me to adjust dates and tune details.
What I loved about training peaks was the fact I had the freedom to edit workouts.Today I forgot to complete my strength training at the gym, and to my surprise, I couldn't edit activity time with the new beta. Now I have 4 hours of strength training registered and it's something I'd bother my coach to adjust.

Work out libraries - sharing
I would like to be able, (you're already considering) to share workout libraries with athletes, for example a work library related to IronMan training, that may contain for example specific alternate workouts, S&C, pre race workouts, nutrition and race advice. We can do it individually now, but I'd like to have non time limited links from such libraries that we can include on plans sold, so that the plan isn't cluttered with extra workout tiles and info tiles, and the athlete can visit their bonus workout library to access this content. Trail running programming tools
I think that there is a need for many coaches when we have to program trail runing sessions. Nowadays we can program with time or distance, but running in the mountains implies take into acsount the slope.

Add weather data captured by Apple Watch during run
The Apple Watch is able to pick up weather data (conditions, temperatures, and humidity). The weather conditions are displayed in the run summary after each run. However, that data does not flow to TrainingPeaks. Is possible for the TrainingPeaks Product team to take a look and allow the weather data to be included when the run flows to TrainingPeaks? Thanks!

Keep workout details intact when removing an athlete from a dynamic plan
When removing an athlete from a Dynamic Plan, while the completed workouts remain intact in the athlete's account, all of the notes and workout details from the Dynamic Plan are also removed.
Would it be possible to set a Dynamic Plan so that it only removes this information in the future meaning the athlete can still look back on what they have done with the context and instructions that were originally applied?

Remove Peak Performance
Not a new idear, moreover putting back a feature that has recently been removed for some unknown reason! I want to be able to delete a peak performance from a particular activity when I know the data to be bad. Before I could hold down on the one I wanted to remove and it would give me the option to delete. Now I can not. Please put this feature back:)

Exclude incorrect parameter
Exclude incorrect parameters from a workout or apply a certain variation to make it correct.
i.e. the power meter is not calibrated

External Average Temperature Graph during Training Sessions

I suggest including the option to analyze a graph of the average temperature during training sessions. This will help the coaches understand whether the athletes are prepared to face the type of weather they will encounter in the planned competitions.

Allow me to copy any training session even if made by a coach. This feature used to exist .
Allow me to copy any training program created by a coach to another week. If I am on an maintenance plan I want to copy a pre-programmed session into the next week. I can do this with my own built workouts but this would require me to touch base with coaches to keep copying for me.

Edit event: event duration to 3 digits hours duration
When editing event, for ultra endurance we need to be able to create event of more than 99hrs so please increase to 3 digits.

Add days to Event goal count down
when you set an event goal it will say "5 weeks until event" when really you have 5 weeks and 6 days.. this is adding some stress making me think I have less time than I actually do.
Please add in days or decimals so 5 weeks and 6 days or 5.6 weeks away
