  1. I've had endless problems with the POS TP Virtual program. Back when it was IndieVelo it worked flawlessly. Now I swear to god 1 in 4 times it ruins my workout. I actually can not use this anymore, it's a detriment to my training.

    1. Nearly every time I open the app it forces me to close it, then update it, and open it again. I'm on my bike, ready to go. NOPE. Download something.

  3. Good afternoon,
    The new strength training setup is great. However, I've found several errors:

    1) When you access the sessions in the app, it only shows the number of repetitions for each exercise, but doesn't show other values, such as the number of sets.

    2) On the online platform, when you create new workout routines (out of the TP pre-made options), in the moment you enter the YouTube link of the video, the cursor goes crazy and you can't type because it keeps changing fields.

    It would be very useful to resolve point 1 at least as soon as possible.…

  4. when building a cycling workout using the workout builder in training peaks the power is always entered as a % of ftp. as I always think in terms of watts it would be very helpful if the workout builder would show me the power in watts as well. I'd like to enter the % of ftp as usual and be shown what wattage that equates to (based on currently entered ftp) somewhere on the screen. clearly the wattage will change if I get a new ftp but it would be helpful whilst I'm building/editing a workout. many thanks.

  5. For athlete membership expiry notifications, ensure the coach has access to which athlete specifically. And also ensure that once those notifications are read, that they are marked as read. They seem to just stay green as unread and then the coach believes that the athletes have not updated their memberships. Very confusing.

  6. Ability to program strength workouts with Reps in Reserve as a parameter. RIR is much more useful than reps or RPE to control for intensity within strength workouts.

  7. In Training Peaks Payments (Early Access) we have the option to Automatically Connect Athlete if they subscribe to 1 of many products we create, however,

    have the app look at the groups we created like (My Athletes) and if we create a group of athletes named One Time Service then any new athlete will be connected in that group and help us manage our customers appropriately.

    Auto connect and assign the group to the product they purchased.
    Subscription Product 1 = Group 1
    Sprint Triathlon Product = Sprint Tri Group

The Training Peaks Payments (Early Access) Billing Cycle is missing '1 Time Payment' option for coaches that might provide, (for example) one on one meetings or provide a 1 time service for the athlete that does not necessitate an on going monthly subscription. Please give us the ability to choose 1 time payment.

  9. Coming from the Garmin platform, and relying regularly on analytics, I find this platform’s ease of use and ease of entry for new users at a 3 out of 10. It is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to use. If you want new users and want to keep them during their trial period, please do a better job concisely explaining and/defining metrics like “TSS”. The amount of time it takes a new user to figure this metric out and understand what it is, is an unnecessary hurdle to entry. Especially, when everything on the app, has an “I assume you know”…

  10. I get a letterbox video of the YouTube videos I have linked in the exercises while completing them on iPadOS. I don't have this problem on iOS. Screen recordings of iOS and iPadOS attached. Please resize videos shown in strength workouts exercises on iPadOS to frame the entire height of the video.

  11. I know this may be a bit 1990's but I'd love to be able to make a print out of the Strength Workout schedule out to take into the gym with me. I can then make comments on the page using a 1970's gadget that I think used to be called a pen and update my workout using the app afterwards.

    Notes like "bailed after 8 reps" or "next time use same weight for both sets" are much easier with a pen and paper. many thanks.

  13. Font size in the Map/Graph tab is very small. On a large iPhone the font is only about 1mm high. There is a large amount of unused space on the page so a larger font wouldn’t disrupt the layout and would make the post workout data dump much more accessible

    I just got a poorly formatted email from Training Peaks welcoming me to WKO+. It is SO poorly worded that I just assumed it was spam or phishing.

    Please get someone with a humanities degree to at least proof read your emails before sending them out to everyone. Honestly, it was beneath TP to send something so poorly written/formatted.

    Do better.

  16. After adding a workout to my calendar from My Library, the only option to return to my calendar is arrowing back THREE times. That's annoying. TP needs to create a smooth transition back to the calendar. Let me know what you think. Thanks

  18. Right now you can only download 1 year of workout summaries at a time. It would be great to be able to download multiple years at a time. The files are not large, so it seems like an unnecessary restriction. If downloading several years of athlete workouts, it takes a lot of time to compile them into one .csv file, when it could take much less time if you could simply do one single download.

  20. This is a basic UI issue.
    When I scroll the Laps and Splits grid to select a lap that is not visible in the initial page display, the row for that lap is highlighted and the grid scrolls to the top.
    As a result, the Lap I've selected is no longer visible and I have to scroll again to select the next lap.
    Please stop the grid from redrawing or, if that's not possible, re-select the selected Lap after the grid redraws.
