  1. It would be nice to have a more advanced way of tracking gear, not the very simplistic bikes and shoes section
    For example, I would like to be able to add different components (chains, cassetes, tyres, forks, shocks, etc) and keep track of their wear
    Also, very important (Garmin also doesnt offer this) - the option to see total time for a specific component (very useful for service intervals for forks and shocks, also useful for users who wax their chains - i personally keep track of riding time for a waxed chain, so i know when it is time…

  2. As other coaches have mentioned here, it would be great if we could prescribe strength training based on percentages of 1RM.

    In addition, something very simple and essential is the addition of a field for interval time between sets, which could contain a timer for the athlete to keep track of. As already seen in other apps.

    Also, as I have seen mentioned here, a field for linking sets of the same block, such as A1 + A2 in a "super set" and A3 separately, but in the same block.

    In the "reps" field, it would be interesting to have…

  3. As a coach I rely on emails to alert me on athlete activities and comments. Ideally comments could be placed at the top of the email, below the header, and with space optimized before "your athlete.., updates". In doing so, I would save time scrolling down on every single email update received.

    I would like to raise a concern regarding the functionality of updating training zones via the TrainingPeaks mobile app on Android.

    As a coach working with many athletes, I spend most of my time outdoors on the field and rely heavily on the mobile app to manage and update my athletes’ data efficiently. In the past, I was able to update both the threshold values and have the training zones recalculate directly on the mobile app. Unfortunately, it seems that currently only the threshold can be updated, while the zones themselves do not update automatically and…

  9. Currently, we can only see lap data in a list/table format. While functional, it makes it harder to see trends, spot pacing inconsistencies, or quickly assess interval workouts at a glance.

    I'd love to see a Pace Analysis tool that shows the average pace of each lap in a bar chart format, similar to what Strava provides (see screenshot reference). This would make it much easier to quickly visualize pacing consistency across laps compared to the current table-only view.

  10. Under event have an age category of 50 to 54. In the NATIONAL SR. OLYMPICS IN THE US THEY HAVE CATEGORIES THAT STARTED AT 50-54, 55?to 59. You can see further looking at NSGA.com

  11. Currently a user can add the weather forecast to their calendar to adjust their future workouts. It would be useful to add to that the forecasted Air Quality (AQI) as well to know whether to workout indoors or outdoors. For those athletes that live in areas downwind of relatively frequent wildfires, this is a critical metric to protect one's health.

  14. A literal pain in the eye to get close to see the very faint text. TP has done it again, un-needed changes when everything finally was back to working pretty good most of the time. Why did you all change things to pastel colors. faint text, just terrible! Go back!

  15. Strength workouts should be included in your weekly snapshot, it’s supposed to show your “weekly snapshot” so why would a strength workout not be part of that?
    They were a few weeks ago, seems silly to void them now as it makes is difficult to see what work we have done each day without looking over everything.

  17. I’d really like to add a bit more detail here, because after 15 years of coaching athletes (12 of those specifically in Strength & PT), I see some big opportunities to improve the Strength Workout Builder.

    At the moment the flow is a bit off: athletes first see all the exercise videos, and only afterwards can they fill in reps, weight, RPE, etc. That doesn’t feel logical. Ideally, it should work like this:

    You see the exercise (or a block of two/three if it’s a superset),

    Right below it you can directly log results (weight, reps, RPE, notes),

    Then, optionally,…

  19. In the TP workout builder, I can either select a target FTP or FTP range. It'd be nice if I could just write a target power in mind. Right now, I have to fiddle around with the target FTP ranges until I get the power range I want, and I'd rather just input the power myself (e.g. 150-200 watts)

  20. Sometimes I forget to click complete workout. A notification would be nice if my workout goes over a certain amount of time, my default to a 1.5 hours but can be user changed.
