  1. I would like to mirror metrics such as RHR. I would like the graph to travel upwards as the RHR data lowers. Up ward travel is universally understood as a good thing and similarly it would be nice to parallel it against HRV which typically is good if its trending upwards. Im doing this manually using an excel spreadsheet but think TP could do a better job.

  2. It would be nice to be able to hide notes while creating a new training plan. At the momment you can´t hide notes, so if you have a dynamic plan with athletes, they can see notes in the future... The only way to do it now is with "other" activity

  3. I'm creating a workout. For example:

    Warm-up, Active, 5 Times Hard- Easy, Cool-down.

    In the lap & split times graphic, it looks like this:

    Lap 1, Lap 2, Lap 3, etc.

    I think the workout should be copied here.

    So instead of Lap 1, it should say "Warm-up," etc.

  4. I would love if the exercises for "strength" day workouts could be separated by category so they are easier to find.
    Category Examples
    Stretches
    Core
    Upper body
    Lower body
    Just to name... I have had issues searching because I typed in dumbbell press and nothing populated because in your system it's labeled DB instead. (Just a small annoyance that could be a much appreciated fix) Thanks!

  5. Currently TrainingPeaks only automatically syncs workouts created using the Apple watch’s workout app.
    I use a few different apps to track my workouts, all of which send my full workout data to Apple Health. Is it possible to have TrainingPeaks sync all workout data in Apple Health no matter which workout app was used to track the workout? Thank you!

  6. When creating a cycling session you have to go through every single component and add cadence. If you have many steps this is very time consuming and if you miss one, the athlete gets a very strange stage with no data
    An Apply All button would help, that way you can go through and change just what is different (if there is) and can easily change saved workouts from a long course athlete to a short course athlete.

  7. please work on supporting all trainings on the Apple Watches. I'm in Stand Up Paddling but I can not use the trainings from my coach on my Ultra3...

  8. I would love to see an integration with Zapier to automate things like sign-up forms, check-ins, team updates, etc. Instead of an internal automation tool, Zapier gives coaches lots of options and flexibility.

  9. Different subscription levels rather than paying over £100 for premium. I’m sure other users like myself would like basic features which have now been removed such as notifications of comments and the ability to edit/move training set by coaches but don’t want to pay the full cost of premium

  10. My coach has assigned me some nice indoor cycling workouts that I’ve ridden in TrainingPeaks Virtual. I’d like to ride some of them again occasionally, without having to nag my coach to take time to search for and re-copy them. I would love it if TPV included a section for “past workouts” in the list of workouts I can choose to ride (just like I can look through the default TPV workouts and, e.g., sort by duration).

  11. Error/validation messages (e.g. "One completed workout must be paired with one planned workout") show the rule that is being violated, not the way in which the rule is being violated (e.g. "Planned workout is already paired with a completed workout.") The latter is more useful for the user.

  12. I'd really like to see 'Rock Climbing' as an activity type, including different sub types (Indoor, Outdoor, Bouldering), so they can be logged and included in stats.

  13. Make it possible for workouts to include a custom cool down or no cool down.

    Currently workouts sent to an athletes device (at least a Garmin device), include an extra "cool down" step added automatically to the end of the workout. Several of my athletes have found this confusing, as it does not appear in TP as a step in their daily workout.

    The attached image shows the result of a two-step workout (warmup, followed by a single run interval), as viewed on the athletes Garmin watch. Notice the third step, not prescribed in the workout or show in TP.

  15. Strength Programming (intensity: %RM, VBT, RIR, set/reps) & Workout Library

    -Can we have the option to set SI units by default when programming S&C?

    -Can we have the option to prescribe/record VTB data in the add parameter column (Power, Velocity, Peak Velocity)?

    • Can we program with RIR (reps in reserse) and % of 1/3/5 RM?

    -Would like to be able to prescribe exercises in supersets as per the example below: A1) 3x5 A2) 3x8 A3) 2x20s
    Currently, if one exercise has X number of sets, then all the exercises have the same number of sets.

  16. Let's make Shoe Type optional on swim workouts, so that it isn't displayed be default.

    I get that SwimRun is a thing (most people probably do not), but I'd be shocked if more than 1% of swim workouts are people swimming in their shoes.

    Also, any Swim/Run event will likely have a run segment, and what I care about are road miles on the shoes, not how often they got wet. You do not include the yardage / meters of a swim on the shoes distance, do you?

    I see that Pool Type was recently added, so it seems like…

  17. Is it possible to have a weekly metric on the calendar view for athletes and coached to see planned vs actual for the 80/20 rule, or derivatives of this? We know that we don't follow 80/20 all year round, this time of year in the northern hemisphere might be 90% aerobic / 10% anaerobic with some short bursts

  20. Weather shows on eligible athletes in individual view, would be great to see it in multi athlete view. Use case: I use this view each week as a final QC review and forecasts by impact what I give athletes or I may drop a note in with options based on forecast.
