Structured Swim Workout Builder Redesign
The Structured Workout Builder for swimming workouts needs to be completely redesigned for high performance swimming in my opinion. Trying to apply what we do for running and cycling to swimming doesn't work. The new Garmin sync for structured swimming workouts just further drives down the wrong road.
Here's what we need for a Structured Swim Workout builder.
The "Units" in the Swim Structured Workout interval would just need to be 3 options. 1) Perceived Effort, 2) interval including rests, 3) interval excluding rests. This helps the swimmer learn how to swim on an interval.

If you have made a segment on a run, it should appear every time.
Whenever I make a segment on a run, I have to make it every time I do that run. This should not be the case. When I have made a segment, it should appear every time I do that run so that I can compare it to the last time I did the run. Also, I should be able to look at 2 runs simultaneously. This has been around on certain apps for years and the headquarters of one such app is only 30-40 minutes away from Boulder so maybe you guys should go ask them how they accomplish this.…

Phone App
Make the mobile app usable for coaches. Would be epic if I could change a workout, import a workout, or move around a bit more form my phone instead of the computer all the time. Would allow me to be must more nimble with athlete adjustability and save everyone time.

Why is it so slow?
It's not an idea but come on...why is the software so slow to upload. I have spent an hour barely writing one session for an athlete. I'm paying over 100 dollars per month, it should be better than this.

I appreciate having 90 day PR's now available but wish it didn't default to that setting, as coaches are all calibrated to current year or all-time.

On structured workouts: I would like to be able to set ******* targets and enter ******* measurements on the interval. This in addition to power zone.
This could be optional fields. It would be nice if I can define when the ******* test should be taken, and then fill inn the mmol value after the workout is complete.
Power, HR, ******* and RPE should all be possible to log on the structured workouts really :-)

Plot the "how did you feel" responses
Wanting to explore the possibility to plot the "how did you feel" responses in a similar way to how you can plot other metrics like weight/sickness/injury etc
I use the How Did You Feel as a useful and simple tool to monitor my training progress. I grade each workout based on how I feel during the workout and record this value using the How Did You Feel.
By grading each workout this way, I can make a quick scan of my workouts and see any trends over the last week. As a good rule of thumb, if I have two…

Import activity nutrition/hydration responses from Garmin
Import the nutrition (calories) and hydration responses entered post-workout on Garmin Edge devices.

Sub title
I would like to be able to save a workout with the same title.
I would recommend a subtitle to be added to differentiate the session. This would save having to edit workouts too.
Example below are two sessions but the structure of the session is different.
Example.
Title - Run test to establish your Threshold and Zones

Updating workout to plans, applied plans
I would like to see an option to when an exsisting workout has been edited/modified, upon saving it to ask if I would I like that specfic workout to be updated. This should be able to be done with athletes that have it applied to their plan and to all plans that have the session or workout applied too.
Surely the system can recognise this as you cannot name the same workout with the same title.
Or at a minimun a report function that allows you to see who and where the workout is applied to.

Please incorporate Garmin sleep data into the PMC
Most Garmin watches now offer sleep analysis and they incorporate this into a feature called Body Battery that indicates fatigue and training readiness. Since you can now sync this sleep data into TP, please can you integrate it into the Performance Management Chart? Sleep quality is a critical factor in the body's ability to perform but right now the PMC ignores it.

ATP planning - availability
During the planning of my ATP, I would like that in the same way that I include events, I can define periods of time in which I am not available.
In this way the CTL estimation could take into account these periods when I am not able to train.1 vote -
Indicate time trial or assessment workouts and build out a report in the dashboard.
1) to be able to "star" or favorite specific workouts once pushed to an athlete. In mind specifically are time trial or assessment workouts.
2) then, to be able to connect those into a report in the dashboard, where i can more easily track the progress over time. I'm doing this manually right now in the coach journal but would prefer it in the dashboard for reference.

I would like to be able to choose the calendar layout to be Sunday - Saturday (or any other way I choose).
My reasons are: (1) I don't work Monday - Friday so my biggest training days are not on Saturday and Sunday. (2) My coaching team does not use fixed rest days. (3) It's inconvenient and confusing to me to have this calendar laid out differently from every other calendar.
