  1. Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

  2. I love that the weather forecast is now available in the calendar view. Awesome. Now can you please tweak it so that the historical weather stays in place? When looking back, it would add a lot to understanding the quality and type of particular workouts to know what the weather was on that day. Heat, cold, rain, snow, probability of ice all affect effort, HR, and other fundamental metrics and physiological responses.
    Also, for planning purposes, crucially in the mountains, to be able to see the weather pattern for the previous weeks would enable to better assess what the conditions…

  3. I'd like to have keyboard shortcuts implemented to speed many common actions within TrainingPeaks from adding items to the calendar (workout, metrics, notes) to searching/selecting/adding from the Workout Library, switching athletes (for coaches), copy/paste, save changes (e.g. "Save & Close" a workout), and many more functions. Keyboard shortcuts along the lines of Gmail (i.e., extensive actions, pop-up shortcut guide) would be a great addition to TrainingPeaks!

  4. Small country but a lot of sporters!! And unfortunately my english is not good enough to use TrainingPeaks now. This idea is translated by Google but that's impossible to do with every workout/run

  6. The new mobile format is too big and hard to read. The old layout was much better. Have to click on edit to see the old format. See the two images attached. The first one is the new layout. Its not user friendly. Thanks!

  7. A lot of people identify as non binary so would be good to have the option of NB under gender. Races are giving the option of non binary, recently London and Chicago marathons added it as a race category.

  8. The new note feature is good but would be better if the coach and / or athlete received a notification if either added or updated a NOTE - basically the same functionality as workouts, other etc

    Thank you for the feedback. This has been added to that project’s feedback.

    Considered opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  9. TrainingPeaks does not auto-apply Elevation Correction to files, for example Gramin 735xt.

    Improvement would be a Elevation Correction in Trainingpeaks or a import of adjusted data in Trainingpeaks, e.g. from Garmin Connect

  10. Add reminders to athletes' calendars and be notified by email or web/mobile notification. It wouldn't be visible to the athlete.

  11. As a coach, this is killing us. Every time an athlete completes a workout - they have to be ranked and compared to the TP data base? This is so disheartening for so many athletes who are at the back of the pack, running 14-15 mm and cycling at 90 watts. Honestly, this should be optional. As a coach, we should be able to have access to this to turn it off. And, the athlete, should be able to opt in or out of this. We are not winning races in training and this feature should absolutely be optional.

  13. Maybe this would only apply to longer durations, but NP could be a better indicator than average power for common riding conditions and this could be an easy and valuable enhancement.

  14. Add TrainHeroic (Link Button) as a "add a Workout" Option (Workout Type) on TrainingPeaks Calendar... which will bring a client to their TrainHeroic Login/ TrainHeroic App (Dashboard/Calendar)

    This will allow clients to easily see that they have (and go to) a scheduled session on TrainHeroic.

  15. If in your training data power is available, you can only calculate Pw:Hr. It is annoying to alter your training data and delete the power data to calculate Pa:Hr. It would be super nice if you could just select the calculated variant with a dropdown of Pw:Hr and Pa:Hr, for example. This would make Heart Rate Drift much more convenient to calculate.

    This hit me after the new updates by Garmin, your watch delivers Power with a Garmin strap, and you cannot really turn that off.

  16. It would be great to be able to add multi-day events like stage races or ultra distance events over several days. At the moment you have to add a event for every single day of the event.

  17. When I record a brick session on my Fenix watch, Training Peaks will not allow me to upload it into the coach’s planned session. Instead, I have to record them as unplanned sessions, and leave the brick as “not attempted”.

    A brick workout should allow attaching multiple activities, reflecting the nature of the workout.

  18. Being able to add short (i.e. 60-90") audio messages directly on training blocs and/or Notes would boost the efficiency of communications.

    Those short audio recording could be added to all 3 sections (training description / Pre-activity / Post-Activity) or simply ONE audio recording

    Because sometimes, the best way to communicate something is through your voice!

  19. It's great that we have the ability to use an .ical to view our calender externally, but I'm surprised there isn't an option to write directly into an existing Google calender.

    I've noticed that there can be significant delays using .ical, and if my coach updates something in the plan, it doesn't show immediatly, where I would expect this data to be pushed instantly.

    The calender integration, whilst useful, still feels a little unpolished.

  20. Would be super to also have REST hear rate synched to TP as we are now able to synch healt status as well. It is extremly important for caches and athletes to track rest HR for training.
