  1. I love that the weather forecast is now available in the calendar view. Awesome. Now can you please tweak it so that the historical weather stays in place? When looking back, it would add a lot to understanding the quality and type of particular workouts to know what the weather was on that day. Heat, cold, rain, snow, probability of ice all affect effort, HR, and other fundamental metrics and physiological responses.
    Also, for planning purposes, crucially in the mountains, to be able to see the weather pattern for the previous weeks would enable to better assess what the conditions…

  2. I'd like to have keyboard shortcuts implemented to speed many common actions within TrainingPeaks from adding items to the calendar (workout, metrics, notes) to searching/selecting/adding from the Workout Library, switching athletes (for coaches), copy/paste, save changes (e.g. "Save & Close" a workout), and many more functions. Keyboard shortcuts along the lines of Gmail (i.e., extensive actions, pop-up shortcut guide) would be a great addition to TrainingPeaks!

  3. I see a real need for the TP Coaching Edition to have the functionality to be used offline when connectivity is not available so you can write programs. When service is established, a synch would occur.

    Thanks so much for your feedback. While we agree that off-line planning mode would provide an opportunity for training prep and analysis when connectivity is not available, this would require a major redesign of our platform and thus not something we could tackle in the near-term.

  4. The new mobile format is too big and hard to read. The old layout was much better. Have to click on edit to see the old format. See the two images attached. The first one is the new layout. Its not user friendly. Thanks!

  6. Add reminders to athletes' calendars and be notified by email or web/mobile notification. It wouldn't be visible to the athlete.

  7. Also are there any plans to bring in a feature on swim pace peak performances as a tab in the peak performance box?

    Theres a table in the dashboard that shows this over time periods, but not actually when thy do a fitness test or peak 400m, or 1000m. So the data is there, surely its just a programming update issue?

    This would be so super useful!!

  8. i have accidentally deleted workouts before as a coach and as an athlete before and would like some way to retrieve that. either an undo button or something. i do not want to have to lock everything

  10. As a coach I’d find it very useful to be able to view Percentage Complete versus Planned sessions. So an overall % and per discipline, per week, per month or whatever dates you requested.

    The data for this already exists with Tp so this would be easily achieved for the developers.

    It could be used to show an athlete their commitment to the coached plan. Also for the coach hold an athlete to account.

    Thank you for the feedback. This is a common request and has been added to that project’s feedback.

    Future opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  11. TrainingPeaks does not auto-apply Elevation Correction to files, for example Gramin 735xt.

    Improvement would be a Elevation Correction in Trainingpeaks or a import of adjusted data in Trainingpeaks, e.g. from Garmin Connect

  12. If in your training data power is available, you can only calculate Pw:Hr. It is annoying to alter your training data and delete the power data to calculate Pa:Hr. It would be super nice if you could just select the calculated variant with a dropdown of Pw:Hr and Pa:Hr, for example. This would make Heart Rate Drift much more convenient to calculate.

    This hit me after the new updates by Garmin, your watch delivers Power with a Garmin strap, and you cannot really turn that off.

  13. When I record a brick session on my Fenix watch, Training Peaks will not allow me to upload it into the coach’s planned session. Instead, I have to record them as unplanned sessions, and leave the brick as “not attempted”.

    A brick workout should allow attaching multiple activities, reflecting the nature of the workout.

  15. It would be great to be able to add multi-day events like stage races or ultra distance events over several days. At the moment you have to add a event for every single day of the event.

  16. As a coach, this is killing us. Every time an athlete completes a workout - they have to be ranked and compared to the TP data base? This is so disheartening for so many athletes who are at the back of the pack, running 14-15 mm and cycling at 90 watts. Honestly, this should be optional. As a coach, we should be able to have access to this to turn it off. And, the athlete, should be able to opt in or out of this. We are not winning races in training and this feature should absolutely be optional.

  17. It's ridiculous that I have to manually create a new athlete for every athlete in WKO when all of that info is already in TP. Since getting WKO, I've basically never used it because the UI and integration is lousy, then for a long, long time it didn't even work at all on the latest version of Windows. Since I've paid for it, I want to try to justify the money I spent, especially after waiting forever for Windows 11 compatibility. Now I'm just annoyed at the prospect of having to spend an hour manually setting up athlete profiles in…

  18. Other online training apps have the cool feature of creating groups or community forms where the athletes can share their progress and talk about their training. I think this would create a tighter knit community for the athletes and help the coaches business. Similar to Strava's club feature and Myfitnesspals group feature.

  19. Maybe this would only apply to longer durations, but NP could be a better indicator than average power for common riding conditions and this could be an easy and valuable enhancement.

  20. Add TrainHeroic (Link Button) as a "add a Workout" Option (Workout Type) on TrainingPeaks Calendar... which will bring a client to their TrainHeroic Login/ TrainHeroic App (Dashboard/Calendar)

    This will allow clients to easily see that they have (and go to) a scheduled session on TrainHeroic.
